I ordered the deluxe original sandwich combo. They then asked if I wanted it in small medium or large. I was confused, did they mean the drink. Nope the sandwich. Well, I got the deluxe cause I wanted a bigger sandwich so I said give me the Large Deluxe ?. It was 20 bucks and I was like that is steep even for large sandwich. They then proceeded to bring me out a sandwich the size of a small pizza LOL. I only ate a quarter of it had to take ur treat home. It was good tho!

What is going on with the cinnamon rolls? You have stopped putting the regular generous amount of that delicious cinnabon icing on the rolls. These are merely imposters with the token amount of icing on them, such a disappointment.

It's been decades since my last Schlotzky's and I had forgotten how delicious the home of the original hot sub is! The staff was professional, polite, and friendly. My only complaint is that they seem to have bought into the ridiculous tipping culture. Tipping for fast food before service is not good for customer satisfaction nor employee develop and I hope they will cancel it.

This particular location seems to be really well run. Very clean front area and bathrooms. Manager was mopping when I arrived and then checked on me after I was there for 10 minutes. Last time I was here, a few months ago, it was same level of cleanliness and service. Food is Schlotzkys. If you like it then you like it.

One of the few Schlotzkys that's still open. We went there 45 min before close and the employees were still super friendly and seemed to be genuinely happy to be working there. If you get their app they have a great loyalty program and weekly specials. They also have cinnabons!

First time here and I love it . I needed a change from subway and firehouse. This sandwich is turkey club it has three different cheese bacon a thin cut turkey lettuce tomato and light mayo. It was so heavy the bread bigger then hamburger bun and the bread is so soft . I also got their broccoli and cheese soup and you get a good portion and so much cheese it definitely has a cheese pull. I will return here for sure . The service was fast and cashier very nice
