I love this place! I have diabetes, so I always get sugar-free and almond milk, and they always make it perfect! The only bad thing about this location is the ordering speaker, so we just drive up to the window.

Ordered a peanut butter crunch blender and went back around because I was given the wrong drink. The dude just wrote us off and said it was the right drink even though I’m pretty positive I was given the peanut butter power instead? Didn’t compensate or even offer to make us the right drink at all. Not confrontational so I drove off, but thought a review would get attention. Here’s a pic of the “peanut butter crunch blender.”

Went to get a hot mocha this morning. Was told they have no hot lids. Asked Would I like to drink anyway? How can I drive around without a lid on my hot drink. What kind of coffee shop runs out of hot lids. Won't ever go back to this location.

Been coming here for 5 years and never gets better. The employees are rude. They don't pay attention when making drinks and forget espresso or the caramel. They get to talking and completely forget what they didn't put in the drink. I wish they would change out the employees at this location.

Really depends on who's working to determine whether or not you get a drink that tastes good. I really wish I didn't waste my free drink on something I ultimately had to dump out after 4 sips because it was just bad. ?

I really want to like this place because it's so conveniently located, but every time I try it I'm so disappointed. I was excited to see new breakfast items on the menu but they just were not tasty or satisfying. They also messed up my cold brew order. I'm sorry but you can't charge starbucks prices and offer dollar general quality.
Love how they understand my desire for a "large" kids drink while I am showing a small hand signal. Grandson has bigger eyes than tummy. The servers are super nice. Drinks are great!

First time at this location this morning and will NEVER be back. There was a LONG BLACK HAIR in my iced coffee that I sucked up through the straw!!! I have short blue hair so it was not mine and the lady at the window had black hair so I know it was hers. I am so unbelievably grossed out. I threw up my food and drink and will be reporting to corporate. Absolutely disgusting. I have no words.
