Both of the women who were working were sitting on the floor when we arrived. They did wash their hands before making our drinks -- thank you. Once they made the drinks, neither one said that the drinks were ready. We were standing by cash register and she put the drinks on counter. If we hadn't been watching her, we wouldn't have known our drinks were ready.

I have been going to this Scooters location(127th & Pflumm in Overland Park) for several months every day and sometimes twice a day….. yes, I absolutely love scooters coffee. But more than that I love the customer service. The employees are extremely kind and professional. I have gotten to know their names and they know my car and order when I come through the drive-thru. A special shout out to Rachel and Mia…. They are amazing!!!! I give service five stars atmosphere five stars and food four stars.

neither wore aprons, one was wearing a very revealing crop top and was on her phone the whole time, resulting in me waiting in the drive thru for about 5 minutes before someone finally came to take my order. i ordered a sandwich and a small drink, the drink was fine, but i found a hair in my sandwich and i wasn’t able to eat it :(

Staff was so helpful, today on 1/7 my car was lodged in a snowbank within their parking lot and those at the counter were very appreciated in helping me free my tires
Stopped not expecting Scooters to be open after the 2025 ice/snow storm. To my surprise Rachel was there. I was her 2nd customer of the day. She said she had been there about 6 hrs. I'd encourage their corporate office to consider the safety of their employees in making decisions about being open immediately following one of the worst winter events in years. Rachel is awesome and dedicated to her customers.

i ordered a latte and a sandwich and there were ants in BOTH of my items. i came in the store to do my work and i could see bugs crawling on the ground and counters. absolutely disgusting. i suggest calling Gunter and getting your store figured out. gross.
