I ordered an iced coffee and they charged me for a cold brew, which is fine. Then when they gave me the coffee it was hot. I parked my car and walked in, the barista proceeded to tell me that the other barista was new. They offered to make me a new drink which is great, but I proceeded to watch them pour hot brewed coffee over ice. When I questioned the barista if she charged me for a cold brew why did they give me normal brewed coffee over ice. She told me that they’re practically the same thing. I told her that I used to work at a Scooters, and that I know they aren’t. Do better Scooters and properly train your baristas.

We have never seen a Scooters where you can come in and sit. It was very cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly. Our order got lost somehow in the system, and it took longer than planned to get our coffee. Javier noticed us sitting and made sure to address us and let us know that the system was glitching. He made our drinks immediately, upgraded them in size, and gave us a food item. He went above and beyond to make sure he could provide us with the best customer service he could.
If ever in the area I would definitely stop again!

Walk in at 630am. No greeting, stand at the counter for an awkward amount of time, no acknowledgement from the woman behind the counter who seems more interested on her cell phone than helping a customer. I'll drive across town to the other location. Deserves a 0 star review.

The she proceeded to say she was going to remake it but instead she just added more ice. On top of that the smoothie was so unblended i had to reblend it myself afterwards it came out like a dairy queen blizzard

It was definitely a wake-up call to stay close to your regular coffee place. My oldest has never been and wanted to try their coffee cause of the ice cream blend. Well, we were super disappointed. She ordered a sugar cookie blended. It came with no topping, and it had no flavor but coffee with oatmilk. Bitter and sad coffee could have been so much better. I ordered the peppermint mocha. I've had it several times at my other location. There was no peppermint in it, and it tasted so plain, just coffee with ice cream. They did put toppings on mine, though.We also got their mini doughnuts for the little one in the back. Sis tried them and immediately spat them out. Stale old doughnut taste lingered in her mouth that not even the bitter coffee could drown out.Would not recommend unfortunately we were very disappointed to have wasted our time and money here.

I live at this scooters about 3-4 times a week! The staff is so cute, fun and friendly! I had a bad experience but funny with one of my food items and manager Jacqueline jumped right on it and corrected it the next day! Great location and staff!
