The Scooter's location at 135th and Grandview is the worst location I have ever been too! The staff have no clue what they are doing! I spent 30+ minutes in line, which by the way you are forcibly stuck in until you get to the window, and I didn't even get what was ordered! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Aside from the music playlist they play on repeat for the entire day (seriously, it's a coffee joint not a bar, play something good/relaxing/appropriate), not a bad place to study or work.

This store consistently gets my order wrong. When I order a coffee sugar-free with almond milk, they'll give me sugar and cream. If you have allergies/intolerances, avoid this place like the plague!

Amazing place to be all the barista’s were so lovely and can’t wait to come back
I ordered an iced coffee and they charged me for a cold brew, which is fine. Then when they gave me the coffee it was hot. I parked my car and walked in, the barista proceeded to tell me that the other barista was new. They offered to make me a new drink which is great, but I proceeded to watch them pour hot brewed coffee over ice. When I questioned the barista if she charged me for a cold brew why did they give me normal brewed coffee over ice. She told me that they’re practically the same thing. I told her that I used to work at a Scooters, and that I know they aren’t. Do better Scooters and properly train your baristas.

We have never seen a Scooters where you can come in and sit. It was very cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly. Our order got lost somehow in the system, and it took longer than planned to get our coffee. Javier noticed us sitting and made sure to address us and let us know that the system was glitching. He made our drinks immediately, upgraded them in size, and gave us a food item. He went above and beyond to make sure he could provide us with the best customer service he could.
If ever in the area I would definitely stop again!

Walk in at 630am. No greeting, stand at the counter for an awkward amount of time, no acknowledgement from the woman behind the counter who seems more interested on her cell phone than helping a customer. I'll drive across town to the other location. Deserves a 0 star review.
