I love all Scooters EXCEPT this location. 6th time they have been out of food. I understand late in day or bad weather with truck delivery. But running out of food by 9:30am.... Or not having a manager understand product supply.... Save yourself the trip and go to an awesome Scooters (there are many) cuz this one is always out of food in the morning on a weekday.

I only use the drive thru and I’ve never had an issue with this location ?? Staff is always friendly even in the early morning when we all know we aren’t happy to be awake. Other than customers not understanding drive thru etiquette, this is my go to spot!
I've been a patron of this chain for nearly a decade and I abruptly stopped visiting once they changed their signature brew to some cheapened instant coffee sludge back in September (or even earlier). It is a shame, really. Just invest in a quality coffeemaker and make your own pot at home.

Ordered a latte and when I got home realized I had been given plain black coffee. Tried to call to get a refund, but no answer so made the drive back. Ultimately got the latte but took an hour start to finish and no apology, no refund, etc. very disappointed in the service.

Terrible experience, what e-cafe makes you pay to be there? It’s one thing to rent out the conference rooms, but single cubicles and tables they make you pay by the hour or day. What a way to lose business. Disappointing.

Honestly this Scooters does a great job, The staff is typically super friendly... But I literally just went through the drive-thru and tried to get $50 and gift cards and they said they don't have any gift card so they can't sell them to me. That's such a holiday season fail. Err... If I was the manager of the store I would be personally driving these things over here right now.

Amazing Service! Got my drink wrong and refused to let me take the wrong drink. Remade the drink the way I wanted it and it was perfect! Great staff!
