I loveeee scooters. i’ve gotten it everyday this week😊i was a little disappointed when i ordered a XL and got a medium didn’t notice till i already left.

Bad service. We waited in line waiting on just 1 car at the window for 15 minutes! We ordered 1 drink - got to the window- and they said the completely wrong drink and size and couldn’t even find our order. 3 employees only 1 making drinks. Then after their long discussion trying to figure it out she tries again repeating what we told her was the right drink and she still got it wrong! 25 minutes later we said never mind and took off. Ridiculous- if you’re having that much trouble call in the manager or owner for some help. Couldn’t even get out of the drive thru bc of the curbs and landscape. Never experienced such a bad Scooters.

I love scooters they have really good drinks. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Parking: Scooters sits in the bottom part of the building which has I think businesses on the other floor. There's plenty of parking.

Not sure what's happnend to this store but in two years I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an order. It's takes up to 30 minutes now, efficiency has gone out the window. The employees talk and try to move so fast it's like they are just spinning their wheels and getting nowhere. Sucks because this used to be my go to spot for coffee. Bring back the old employees that actually did a good job.

Having one expresso machine is getting old. Speed is the only thing you have going for you right now you have none

They don't open until 6. It says on the website 530 and the open sign was on but some lady came from the building and said they don't open until 6.

So this is a drive-thru only. They don't ask about an extra shot. They don't ask about dairy substitutes. I had to fight with the girl about the twofer $5.50 cookie deal.

Got a drink with milk in it while I needed oatmilk. It made me sick and had to throw it out. Just make sure you double check what they give you. I assumed that they would honor my request for non dairy as I paid for it. Everyone was nice but would appreciate to receive non dairy products when asked.
