This has nothing to do with the store or the employees! But who the hell gets rid of pumpkin spice drinks before Halloween. Should last till at least thanksgiving! Wack!

My Brother and I live far from this location, but we always prefer to buy our coffee drinks here, because they never miss. The drinks are always made as they should, Trust me we've been to this location numerous times!

Had an extremely simple order of a cappuccino with nonfat milk. When I got to the window, I was handed a drink, which was plain ice blended, which was incorrect. They had us keep this while they made the correct drink, but it was not drinkable. I was then given the remade drink which I also ended up having to throw out. The girls working that morning seemed impaired. This was not a normal “drink was made incorrectly” experience. I would not risk coming back here and spending seven dollars to have to throw my drink out again.

I loveeee scooters. i’ve gotten it everyday this week😊i was a little disappointed when i ordered a XL and got a medium didn’t notice till i already left.

Bad service. We waited in line waiting on just 1 car at the window for 15 minutes! We ordered 1 drink - got to the window- and they said the completely wrong drink and size and couldn’t even find our order. 3 employees only 1 making drinks. Then after their long discussion trying to figure it out she tries again repeating what we told her was the right drink and she still got it wrong! 25 minutes later we said never mind and took off. Ridiculous- if you’re having that much trouble call in the manager or owner for some help. Couldn’t even get out of the drive thru bc of the curbs and landscape. Never experienced such a bad Scooters.
