Got a drink with milk in it while I needed oatmilk. It made me sick and had to throw it out. Just make sure you double check what they give you. I assumed that they would honor my request for non dairy as I paid for it. Everyone was nice but would appreciate to receive non dairy products when asked.

To the owner of this location on SM Pkwy. By Metcalf- Feb. 10th, Saturday morning, was my very 1st ever visit to Scooters. I could not have been more pleased with your staff (I believe 4 people working that I saw in the drive thru) they were absolutely a delight, very friendly and it made my 1st visit absolutely amazing! They made a point to welcome me on my 1st visit, and had a conversation with all of them (I was the only person in the drive thru at the time) The 2 breakfast items and my coffee were also delicious! I will definitely make THIS Scooters location a new frequent stop when running errands! Everything was top notch!

The people working today went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me out, they rock!! I get weekends off, which sometimes makes it hard to get to the bank. I needed a roll of quarters for laundry, and without hesitation, they took my 20$ bill and gave me a roll of quarters and the rest in cash. It might not sound like a lot. But I've been to at least 5 other stores where they will just deny doing that because of "store policy". Glad to know Scooters hires down to earth, great employees, who don't make a fuss about silly stuff and can provide amazing customer experience and make me great coffee! Yall rock!

Scooter’s is my favorite place to get coffee and now I found this one close to my work! Everyone is always friendly and the coffee is always just right. I got the maple waffle breakfast sandwich and blended Turtle Latte.

Scooters is a great drive thru coffee shop that offers hot or cold coffee drinks. The drive thru was minimal wait and got my order fast. I got a vanilla latte and a spicy sausage burrito. My drink was fantastic the burrito was mediocre it tasted like a microwave burrito. They also offer teas and every fusion drinks too. The barista was super nice and offered a dog treat to my dog.
