Serv is a good place. My reason for the 1 star is because their cancellation policy is absurd. I booked a court 1 week in advance. Plans changed and I called to cancel my reservation 2.5 DAYS before my scheduled reservation. They refused to refund my money to my initial payment method and said I could be credited an amount to an “account” I’ve never created and have never accessed. My only other option was getting a Serv gift card for the same amount. No possibility of just giving me my money back. Very unfortunate. Good place and the people are nice but corporate made a huge mistake changing their cancellation policy. I’ll be taking my bad pickle ball talents to Chicken N Pickle from now on.

Had an awesome time at SERV for pickleball night! The setup was super easy, tons of space to play, and the vibe was fun without feeling chaotic.
Shoutout to our bartender Maddie — she took GREAT care of us and was so personable. Drinks and food were flowing, and everything made it easy to relax and just have fun.
Perfect spot for pickleball + food + drinks all in one place. We’ll definitely be back.

The food was ok and the service was excellent but the ice skating was horrible. It's not real ice and we all almost fell from attempting to skate. I ve been ice skating for years and after 2 minutes decided I needed to stop before I got hurt.

This is our 3rd year hosting our company Christmas party at Serv. We have around 65 guests and the team at Serv handles it with no problems! The are prepared on time, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Every year has gotten rave reviews from our entire team! Thanks for another great party, Serv team!
Do not come for food! The wings were cold and had a foul smell and taste, the beef or pork quesadilla the meat tasted sour I had to spit it out, the chicken tenders were dry, the salad was warm. That’s all the food I tried. It was awful and everyone in our party spoke out loud how bad the food was. The drinks were made wrong each time for mine BUT were made strong.

The pickleball courts are awesome! They had great attentive service. The food was pretty good, the birria tacos were great and the bowls would have been excellent if they had cooked the rice it was crunchy but the toppings were great.

This is an awesome place to come hang out with friends. Groups of all ages! Plenty of space and perfect for events. Definitely should be a go-to for every Kansas City resident and business!
