Went there for an event and was impressed with the design and layout. The trouble started with their service staff. The bartenders could not keep up with the small crowd, and it only got worse.as people arrived later in the evening. They were out of basic bar supplies like lemons and limes. They didn't have the liquor to prepare their signature cocktails They didn't have basic standard brands like kettle one vodka and they said they out of fire ball. We literally stood in line for 20 minutes each time we wanted a drink. When we told the manager about the issues, he shrugged it off.
Sorry, but this cool concept is going to fail if you don't step up your service game.

Something for everyone. Great people, great vibe, especially at Friday night smash (pickleball). There is always a great live band outside on Fridays with plenty of comfy places to sit if you aren't dancing, or playing Cornhole, or watching the game on the billboard size screens, or playing giant chess, or getting delicious eats and drinks from a variety of their kitchens outside and in. Attentive servers.

I love everything about this place! It has the potential to be one of the coolest venues to see live music! And Saucy Jack blew us away! On top of that is the food this is not your normal bar type food but, gourmet! The activities, table tennis, pickle ball and giant chess are just a few of the things you can do with your family or any type of gathering. Good Job on this new and innovative event restaurant!

Our fantasy football league booked the VIP room for week 1, along with 4 hours of pickleball on 2 courts. The group enjoyed food, drinks, and pickleball. The only issue was the lack of signs indicating our private event space, so some other guests kept entering our space, but overall, the event was great.

Absolutely garbage online planning portal through ‘Plan2Play’ and when you contact their location, they don’t accept the call but you rather have to text them.
Go to chicken and pickle instead - their system for reservations is more clear as to what is available or not.

Giving this place a second star because all the other staff we interacted with were really fantastic and we had a good time at Serv. However, there is a guy named Greg who works there in some kind of managerial capacity, and he was absolutely the rudest person we’ve had the displeasure of having to deal with in a long time. Rude from fighting us at check in to literally yelling at people on the court as they finished their last point 2 minutes over the hour rental (after he ate up 10 minutes on the front end of our court time fighting us about our reservation). We won’t be back while he’s running the place. We’d rather take our business to chicken n pickle where, you know, no one screams at you.
