Finally we have found a place in Kansas which we can call “Authentic”. There are a lot of Indian restaurants in Kansas and Missouri but by far, this one is genuine; authentic and delicious Indian home cooked food. All places use unnecessary food colors, base curry and sugar which is not needed. First time in years, my whole family loved all the items we tried and this is our future go to! Moreover, the service is excellent with smiling faces to serve you! Keerthi is a genuine worker and she cares about service and food.

Do not miss out on this place!!!! I shared the 3 combo plate with my boyfriend, and we ate every last bite. The butter chicken and curry were so flavorful and the rice and naan were so soft. We will be back many times.

The owner always welcomes you with a warm smile and is happy to answer any questions about the different curry options. The staff is incredibly friendly and even brings the food right to your table, making the experience even better. There are also plenty of parking spot, so even if you visit during the peak lunch hours, you should be able to find parking easily.
There’s a great variety of curry options to choose from, whether you're in the mood for classics like Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken or something unique like Palak Paneer (spinach curry). They also offer a wide selection of bread, from soft Naan to Rotis and Parathas.
I've visited multiple times and sampled just about every curry and bread on the menu, and each one has been absolutely delicious.
While it's located inside an Indian grocery store, and the ambiance might feel simple to some, the unbeatable price, generous portions, and amazing flavors make it a 4-star spot in my book!

Omg I dunno where to start. The owner of this place is so so kind. We come from Atlanta for work and make sure we go to meet aunty. Her alu paneer paratha, egg rolls so so delicious. She is so generous with her quantity. Truly a blessing to have known this place. We always pack some alu parathas for Atlanta

Shagan's is my favorite Indian restaurant. The food is really good. The prices are more than reasonable. Shagan is personal and interacts with customers herself. There are plenty of vegetarian options. Parking has never been an issue and they have a drive-thru available as well.
Shagan is unique in a way that it serves authentic, fresh, home like Punjabi food. The owners cook with passion and have a genuine service oriented approach and that thrilled us!
