Was recommended here by a coworker and visited with my partner earlier today. It was both of our first times trying Indian food and it was soo good! I had the butter chicken and my partner had the chicken tikka masala and we both enjoyed our food very much. It comes with a nice side of rice and you can order some naan bread as well. All was delicious and very filling! Also loved the in store market! Will be coming back

When the owner was present, the food quality was typically high. Unfortunately, during my recent visits, the quality has significantly declined. The dishes lacked freshness, were soggy, and tasted stale, accompanied by an unpleasant odor in the establishment. Although the service staff was pleasant, the cleanliness of the utensils was questionable. I hope the owner notices these concerns and implements necessary improvements.
This is truly what North Indian home cooking must taste like. We have been their a few times and are already planning to go back for more. Their parathas are phenomenal. Try their butter chicken, it is quickly becoming my favorite. Delivery options are a plus to what is already a paratha and food lovers dream. They have special brunch thalis, vegetarian only on weekend mornings and it is sure to please. Staff is very friendly and their down to earth prices make this a place you will wish to visit over and over.Nowadays they have started slowly expanding the menu. Mutton curry was delicious and brought back all the flavors from moms cooking. They have hands down second to none the best malai kofta. Whether you order it just for your family or a big tray for a party, it is sure to be a crowd pleaser.Keep up the quality and friendly service and you will have a customer for life.

In an unassuming building, half-market with 6 tables, we have found THE BEST INDIAN FOOD we've ever eaten. Authentic, made fresh. The most flavorful food. Unbelievably good.
If you live anywhere near here, you must eat here. If you don't, it is absolutely worth the drive. We made the trip from midtown, and it was absolutely worth it!

The food was delicious! We gathered at Shagan's as a family to have an intimate birthday lunch with my mother. We had the pleasure of meeting Shagan herself who was overwhelmingly warm and kind and offered the highest tier of customer service and care. She made my mother feel loved and appreciated on her birthday and celebrated her with a special dessert spread! 10/10 experience, will definitely be back.
