The service was great, but our chicken was overly greasy. I'm not sure who was cooking this evening, but they may benefit from training. I lovr Slim Chickens and I don't want to see it go downhill. My husnand also said the mango habanero sauce wasn't as spicy and the garlic sauce was overly salty.

I don't know what they've been doing the past few months, but my orders are NEVER correct anymore. The food is just as good as at other Slim Chickens locations, but you'll be waiting far too long to not even receive what you ordered.

Food is decenet, I don't ever find any of it like bad but its also not great. a 12 dollar chickenstrip meal should have more food in it though. The chickenfingers at this place are way closer to chicken nuggets, the amount of fries you get is very small, and then just a flavorless piece of semi toasted bread. The chicken has zero flavor and is very bland chewy chicken. Idk I don't hate this place but I would rather go to just about anywhere else for chickenfingers.

We enjoyed a nice lunch here today. My crispy chicken salad was great! My 4 kids all loved the chicken, mac and cheese, and the toast was a big hit too! Also, the lady at the counter was so friendly and patient.
Alvin the order taker was amazing. They were obviously a little short staffed, but he was doing it all with a great attitude: taking orders, delivering food, bussing tables, etc. He was smiling the whole time and very courteous.
I had ordered from them through Door Dash the night before. An item was missing from my order, and when the driver didn't respond to me to see if he had left it in the car, I called the store. They took my name and information and said if I could come in the next day, they'd replace the item.
While I was there, I had lunch. Although I enjoyed my chicken strips and fries the previous night, the classic chicken sandwich was wonderful! The dessert jar was worth the wait!
Layout is sort of warehouse style, but not echoey. Reminds me of District Brew Yard in Wheeling (IL). It was a nice day; I wish I would have gone out to the patio. Next time...
