Ally was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional right from the start. She made me a smoothie that was both beautiful to look at and absolutely delicious.
What truly spoke volumes about her commitment to customer service was how she went above and beyond. When I arrived, the bathroom was not up to standard. After she completed my order, she proactively went in and cleaned the bathroom with bleach so that we could use it comfortably. This act shows remarkable dedication, responsibility, and care for the customer experience.

Let me start by saying I’ve been coming to this location for 12 years now, consistently. I will not be back. The lady they had working today wasn’t pleasant and was very rude. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but when another customer walked in and her attitude changed towards that customer, I realized I was being singled out by this worker, and I do not know why. Even after waiting quietly and patiently for her to finish her togo order, being falsely accused of my card declining, having my food slide across the counter aggressively, I kept my mouth shut. I even tipped her! Such a horrible experience.

Walked in to get a smoothie. Worker had her two children (probably 6 and 10 years old) in the back of the store. One walked out with a box cutter in his hand, blade exposed. The other walked out into the preparation area barefoot. We left the store because we did not feel comfortable purchasing from this location.
This is visually concerning and I wonder regarding the cleanliness of the establishment.
Will not be returning to this location.
