Smoothie King has become my regular pit-stop for a smoothie fix, and it’s not just for their wide array of delicious blends. The staff here are total gems, always sporting friendly smiles and quick to make your order. What really warmed my heart is their support for the military. They show genuine appreciation, and it’s a small gesture that goes a long way. It’s comforting to find a spot that not only satisfies my taste buds but also honors those who serve. Whether you’re in the military or just on the hunt for a fantastic smoothie, this place is a win-win!

Terrible service . Waited 25 minutes for 1 drink and I watched 4 people get theirs after I ordered. Turns out the worker misplaced my ticket and never asked me until I was the last one standing in the store. It was a mixed girl with curly hair who worked the night of October 1st. Never going back and hopefully someone takes accountability in that store.

Went into this location and had to scream for someone to hear me. Music is so loud and the kids that work are clueless when I customer comes in. Won't be back until the owner does something about it. To many locations to pick from to have to deal with this location and lack of customer service

The Friday special is straightforward- buy a 20oz, upgrade to 32oz for $1 on Fridays, or upgrade for free if you are a rewards member. I am, I upgraded, and I was overcharged by multiple dollars both in-app and in-store. The menu and app list the 20oz as $5.89. So on Friday, as a rewards member, the 32oz should be $5.89, right? NOPE. It rung up $8.49- a full dollar over the 32oz menu price. The "reward member discount" brought it down to the 32oz menu price... on the one day of the week it should have been charged as the 20oz price instead. Check your receipts, folks, this is straight up theft. The young men helping me were very kind and patient, I don't blame them at all. They're just using the tools they have- it's the management that need to sort this out ASAP.

Taking orders quick but so slow oh making them. I did a mobile order and only prioritizing in store orders. Waiting almost 30 minutes now for one drink...apparently didn't even have my order/ticket. Finally starting it 35 minutes later...

the last three time had to wait over 30 minutes and nothing was rights any of the times. first time someone took my order so I had to fall in back of line. second time they didn't know who was doing my order. third time the drink was super runny when I asked for the same thing I have gotten for over two years. wouldn't recommend this location

I was in today and picked up my order. I usually go between a few locations as it depends on where I’m heading next. This is my favorite SK ever! The app order is always accurate (unlike others) and it’s usually waiting for me…again, unlike other locations. But today….they put my order in a protective bag to keep it safe from allergens. I have a food allergy and in all the years, this was a first! ❤️ Thankfully my reactions aren’t that severe, but there are many who fear contamination due to the severe reactions of just close proximity. Thank You!

Went on Sunday may 7th 2023 around 3:00 pm and ordered 3 drinks. There was one manager and 4-5 workers… The worker taking our order made us repeat all 3 drinks multiple times and ended up having someone else take our order. Stood there for a good 15 min while the workers had side conversations and not making drinks. Manager joked around with them and when we finally got our smoothies they were not filled all the way and semi melted. Will not be returning to this location.

This location has most consistently followed the recipe for great customer service and delicious smoothies. I'm a regular customer at this location for this reason. I have tried other locations in Kansas and Missouri. The taste of the smoothie is not consistent in all locations. I appreciate that if it is not right I can ask for it to be remade but I never have to ask at this location. My smoothie is always ready and if not, I only wait a few minutes before it is ready. I travel past 3 other Smoothie Kings just to get to this one. The only advice I could give is for the company to update the bugs in the app that inaccurately state the location is closed for the day when it is not. This has happened 2-3 times when I have tried to order in advance. When this happened I ordered in person which was not a problem. I would highly recommend to try this location if you are in need of a tasty smoothie.
