Ok. I’ve withheld my review to give this place a few shots. I have been sorely disappointed. Atmosphere in this place is odd, staff does not pay much attention to you, young children running behind the bar areas (pretty sure that’s a huge health code violation and dangerous), food is ok, servers are not nice or inattentive, and again, it’s an oddball place that almost seems Highschool cliquish. Off putting to say the least.

For the amount you pay, I expect better. Get daycare for your staff and customer service training.

Placed an order to.go the night before to be picked up at 645 am the next morming, had to paid for the order (with tip) when it was placed.
Showed up at 645 and the order was not ready, they hadn't even started the order yet. We ordered the night before becuse we were headed to an event, the 25 minute delay caused us to be late and the best part is the food was not hot, hashbrowns werestill cool amd not cooked all the way.

This place might be better if you dine in, do NOT place a pick up order, you will regret it.

The food is decent but overpriced. However, this location’s management is the main issue behind my rating.

My party of 2 joined the wait list online, when we arrived we checked in with the hostess per the instructions and were told that we were second in line. We waited approximately 15 more minutes while watching other tables being seated. Eventually I approached the host stand again as our online wait list had us listed as first in line for quite a while. The hostess told me we had never checked in so that’s why we were being skipped. This was strange because she was the individual I had checked in upon arrival 20 minutes earlier. I said okay expecting to be seated in the next few minutes. However, they continued to seat 4 other parties ahead of us, including a 6 top and an 8 top that had just walked in. We ended up leaving because it was clear that the staff didn’t care to address our issue and the food isn’t good enough to put up with all of that.

I am generally pretty patient with wait staff because I have worked in restaurants before. But it doesn’t seem that the staff is well trained or supported and that falls directly on their management’s shoulders. There are far too many competing restaurants in the area to treat your customers like they are a burden.

My sister was visiting from California and she had always raved about how amazing your restaurant is. This experience with our service left us underwhelmed. My espresso martini super good and strawberry pancakes were great. Our server left much to be desired. Never checked on us after food was served so when she finally came over to give checks I mentioned I had a to go order which would have been given sooner had she ever bothered to check on us or refill our drinks. She quite literally rolled her eyes as if we caused her a huge inconvenience. Very unprofessional. Then my mom also placed an order to go and again with the eye roll. To make it worse when she brought my order, and not mom’s no big deal. She made it a point to mention since she waited so long it would be a few. Again with an attitude. I’m sorry but my meal for myself and son cause the five of us split our tickets was $68. She is lucky after the attitude that I still have a 21% tip. Food great but due to this servers poor attitude we will not be back.

If I could give more stars I would. The wait is absolutely worth it!! Pro tip: if you can get there before 8:30am you likely won't have a wait - I never do! You can also jump on the waiting list online to save time. I recommend the juiced drinks and mimosas. I'm a crispy hash brown girl so I always ask for that instead of the potato patty that comes with the meals. Omg...and don't get me started on the GF pancakes - just try them!! There are lots of GF and vegetarian options, plus they're very accommodating to alterations.

I have been to Snooze in 3 different states and it is always excellent, this location was on par with the other ones I have been to. The pancakes are to die for. The food came out pretty quick considering how busy it was on a sunday morning. I had the breakfast tacos and pancake flight, both were delicious and I would order them again. I will definitely be back.

Played cornhole outside while we waited, but the wait and the noise were the only mild negatives. Our server was wonderful (Snooze does a great job hiring AMAZING servers) and our food was great!
