When walking up to the patio to order, one of their employees Bre had seen me and was so sweet enough to have came out and actually took my order her self. The fact that she had remembered everything I told her without having to write it down or anything like that definitely was impressive. She brought my order out super quick especially providing I did come close to closing hour. She made my cream slush just the way I had wanted it and my food was amazing! Her customer service was EVERYTHING! This sonic is blessed to have her. THANKS AGAIN BRE : )

I'm not sure how you can stipulate easy on the ice but instead of that, I received a full cup of ice.
It was brought to me by a woman with the most dry personality I ever met. No, hi, how are you. No, enjoy your day. Nothing. Just gave me my cup and ran.
It would be nice if a person can slap a personality into someone but the only thing that would change with that is the sting of your hand.

Screen wasn't working to confirm my order and person taking order did not read it back to me. Hope I get the right food and drink for nearly $25. Well got home, food was cold, no straws, and definitely no cherry flavor in my cherry diet Dr. Pepper. This is my last trip to this location!
Ordered a route 44 drink through the app. Tipped and everything. And they brought mr a route 44 filled to the brim with ice. I was done with it before I got home. That's insane.

I love the food, love the atmosphere however, they always mess up my cherry limeade either never have cherries never have limes. I asked for extra cherries. I get charged for it and I find one cherry at the bottom of my drink every time that’s if I ask for extra cherries, if I don’t ask for extra, there’s never any in of my drink.
