This Sonic in parkville the rudest people I've ever come encountered to I will never go back they kept cutting short on the microphone telling us that the apps on your phone is not the responsibility if you can't get them to work so yeah I wouldn't go back to that Sonic ever ever again it sucked

I’m rarely amazed by anything these days, but I am absolutely amazed that this sonic can take a mobile order with customizations to the order, take 15 minutes or more to get it out, And somehow still make it stale and room temperature.
I waited in the parking lot at the stall at a moderately busy restaurant for about 15 minutes for an order with modifications to the sandwich. With the sandwich and the corndog came out they were almost as cold as the slushy. Either they never made the modifications, or they looked into the future and saw what I was going to order so that they could make it and leave it on the counter until it was cold.
When I called, because their app is hot garbage for trying to make a complaint, they attempted to offer me a five dollar voucher and an ice cream cone, as if that would somehow make up for the nearly $17 order. After putting me on hold four different times, they finally got that corrected, but I don’t know that I’ll ever be back to this restaurant. Maybe I’ll stop in again sometime to see if future me has ordered anything else that’s sitting cold on the counter.

This Sonic is horrible! Absolutely no customers in the parking,yet they will not answer for you to place an order! This has happened more than once. I do not recommend this sonic!!!!!!
Aww, this location used to have BEST fat juicy handmade onion rings! They say they have gone to premade. Not terribly bad, but certainly not the gems they used to be. Sorry for nice workers who have to explain changes and staffing issues. Bring back the old rings!

Literally everything in my order was wrong and there was no initiative to fix it. I stated things where wrong and the told me its not hownI ordered it. This happens frequently. I will never be back.

My food here is just consistently wrong. Where it's my drink tasting weird or the ice-cream being fully melted.

Went there had to go to 3 different stalls before one would work and waited for 5 minutes with no response so left. They need to get all there stalls working or fix it so you don't drive in them if they don't work.

Put in a online order, waited at the pick up stall for 20 minutes before I had to press the button to ask where my order was. They then proceeded to tell me that it would be right out. Then after another 20 minutes, I asked the employee delivering a order if I could get my order soon since I had been waiting for 40 minutes. She then asked me if I was Gabby or Natienal and I said no. Showed her my sonic app and she acted like she did not know how to read it. I left without my order that I paid for. Then I called the location 3 times for a refund and they did not answer the phone.

2 foot pothole they won’t fix in parking lot! Dont go there if you don’t want your car bottoming out.
I had to call customer service cause drinks on app charge me full price and not half off. I had to sit on hold for over 20 minutes then I finally did the call back stayed on the phone with somebody for 40 minutes. All they offered was a gift card said they can’t do refund. What kind of customer service this that! It was the app’s fault not mine!!Told me to wait for a email!I want a refund because I will not be coming back to any sonic. It’s either can’t find a stall that works or rude people or cold food or drinks water down. I I have tried different sonics and it’s the same thing.
