I’m a regular here and it’s always an amazing experience sometimes theirs a wait but the kindest of the staff always makes up for it I give this place a 10/10 everytime

After ordering and paying for a shake, I was informed they did not have ingredients to make it. They said they could not refund my card, and that I needed to call a hotline for the refund. What a hassle to call for a refund on a $6 dollar shake.

Worst service. First the lady can't understand your order. Repeated myself 3 times, the screen was finally correct. Get my order and the receipt matches the order, however it has the wrong side, wrong sauce, etc. I'd trust a meteorologist's forecast before trusting this place ever again.

I would usually got to the Sonic on wornall and the service had always been horrible. I pulled in to this one and the guy was polite as can be the food was hot and fresh even my ocean water was on point. I will never go to the wornal store again I will drive the extra 20 min to go to this location. You guys are the best!

They have GOT to do better staffing this place. The staff are always running their tails off but waiting 20+ minutes to order and another 15 to actually get my one drink is nuts. I have driven past this sonic several times because I didn't have 45 minutes to devote to getting my drink/ food.
That being said the people I see are always so nice. It's not their fault it's management.

Ordered two wacky meals corn dogs sub two mozzarella cheese sticks for potatoes they gave no credit for the difference change full price for mozzarella in addition to the wacky pack most sonic just do an up charge

The Sonic at 120th and Metcalf near Costco is amazing! Our drinks were exactly as ordered and prepared quickly. This isn't the experience we've had with Sonics close to our home (87th) so it was refreshing. Thank you

Sonic's online deals of half-price shakes and drinks after 5 pm are the best in town. Their Route 44 Cherry Limeades are amazing and the perfect prescription for a hot summer day.
This is my local Sonic where we always have a positive experience. Other area Sonics have long waits and sometimes even rude staff. Everyone here is a delight. I felt compelled to leave a review after my daughter and I picked up drinks the other day and the adorable carhop bragged about making my daughter’s crazy unicorn slush himself. He was charming! Love this Sonic!
