My wife and I havnt been to sonic in a very long time and today we just decided to eat here. First we were trying to order a chicken wrap but unfortunately dont don’t do them any more. They also dont do grilled chk anymore which is crazy . We spent $20 on a nasty large chz tot, 3 piece chk strip that were fried beyond edible and wife decided to get the chk sandwich instead because they didnt have grilled chk wrap:( We’re not really picky eaters but my wife didnt eat the sandwich and had just a few tots. I ended up eating the chk from the sandwich. So my biggest complaint was the price thanks to the Biden economy and cooks didnt seem to care about quality but that makes since it’s fast food. So for us this is the last time I will ever eat there again:( On a Good note a guy did come out which I believe was the manager and tried to help with our order since the lady didn’t understand what we were trying to order.

I ordered a large coke with lime..a as I have for years. It was $4.00!!! She said I was being charged for the lime. $4.00!?! Nope.

We like there food, burgers, chili cheese coneys, corn dogs, tots. I hate eating in the car or getting food to go. The food is never good once you get it to back home or wherever you are going. We eat outside when the weather permits. Their specials are hard to beat.

They take so long and they’re rude. I ordered a sprite and it took ten minutes. The sprite ended up tasting horrible. There were three other cars and five workers. Don’t waste your time going here

Placed order ok app. Was suppose to be ready by 8:51. Arrived and checked in within a minute of placing order: at 8:55 screen no longer said my name or that my order was on the way, etc… at 8:57pm finally brought out order (2 items ice creams melted ). No apologies for time it took, etc.

I changed my rating because continuously I try to use the app and go to your specific store only to find out either you're not accepting orders at this time or it's not working and then you guys don't accept the price from the app and I'm not paying full price for your drinks in this economy.

A-Team Travels
So let me start by saying we ALL get a craving for some junk food every now and again. Some more than others. Don't worry y'all I was looking in the mirror when I made that statement. ?
Anywho, my "go to" at Sonic is the Extreme Tater Tots. Hear me out, it's an off menu item that is screaming good. There's Tater Tots, cheese ?, onions ?, jalapeño, chili and ranch. What's not to love?!?! I'll wait..... This time I ordered my "go to" but I also decided to be adventurous and get one of their new Southwest Chicken Wraps. I was too excited to try it.
Here's where the issues began. Pulled up, entered in the app what stall I was in. Very sweet lady, I think her name was (Callie) brought me my order. I immediately noticed that my Tater Tots weren't wrapped in the paper they use to cover the container. This was a "to go" order so if that would've turned over in the bag that would've been a MESS!!! The lady kindly went and got a bag for me and the fork and ranch that was also forgotten. She was the highlight of this whole experience.
As I said before I was so excited for the chicken wrap that I just opened it immediately and went for it and boy was I shook. This was single handedly one of the WORST things I've ever eaten as an item for carry out. I should really say tasted cause I couldn't even eat it. The chicken inside was like a chicken tender that had been sitting for a week and burnt to a crisp in dirty oil. The queso sauce was gloppy and gross ?. The tortilla was old and I could tell because it was cracking and not soft when I took a bite. To add insult to injury my Extreme Tater Tots were thrown together any-kind-of-way with the Tater Tots having that same overcooked in old oil nasty taste.
When I tell you this whole experience was bad with the exception of the car hop - I seriously mean it. I might as well had lit the money on fire I spent cause it was a total WASTE. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location and honestly I'm reevaluating my food relationship with sonic at this point. I'm thinking break up - what y'all think?!?

Kid-friendliness: Kids have a lot of options.
Wheelchair accessibility: You don't have to get out of the car so I'd say pretty accessible.
