Ordered food online and when we got there and noticed that nobody was in the window, waited about 10 min till we went around the store and was told they were locked out. By the time we had gotten our food it had been 45 minutes. They did seem very sorry about the situation and I do appreciate that but doesn’t help the situation.

I do normally love Sonic. This time was a little less great. The staff were not able to understand what I was asking for. I had to just point to the pictures on the menu board. After getting our food, the order was wrong. We were very hungry and just decided to eat what we got and made it work. Hopefully it will be better next time.
The milkshakes were absolutely fire, very nice, friendly employees very good service but the atmosphere and the location is pretty rusty, noisy and busy

Stall #8 and the service...OMG the stall card reader wasn't working, and the cashier spoke English as an obvious second language. And didn't communicate well. Fries were extremely crispy.

Ordered a chocolate shake based on the picture on menu. Shake tastes more like vanilla with a hint of chocolate. Coloring is on the lighter side! Also, ordered onion rings. The breading is too sweet for my liking! I prefer a savory batter! It tasted like I was eating onion cake rings!

This location is truly pathetic. I live right down the street from sonic so of course I go a bit often. Anyway, they haven’t changed a thing since reopening. For the past times we have gone here my milkshakes have been messy and sticky with barely any whipped cream. The food from there actually gave us food poisoning last night bringing me to write this review. It was not busy at all and we had to wait nearly 30 MINUTES and still got no effort low ball food that was obviously thrown together. Im no longer going to this location its not worth the time anymore or quite frankly the food poisoning.
