The staff is efficient and quick. However there are like AT LEAST 3-4 stalls that have been dead (screens black, don’t work) for I don’t know… a year? They’ve been broken without being fixed for a looooongggg time and they don’t block them off. I feel like more and more of the screens die all the time rendering the stalls useless. It’s really not a big deal but it’s annoying as it’s like all the prime spots you’d want to park in. You pull in and then it’s like ahhhhh got tricked again, and then you have to move your car. They should at least put like a cone? You’d think they’d fix them by now. That’s all.
**update: thank you for putting up the signs on the broken stalls!! It helps a lot. The woman who has been working nights by herself running all the food and taking all the orders - Nikki or Vicky? - she is fantastic and deserves a raise. I can’t imagine running that sonic on a Friday night as a one man show. I hope that she is appreciated.

It took almost 20 minutes to get a cherry limeade with extra cherries, and I didn't even get one cherry 🍒😞
Annoying that the slushy machine is always “broke” which has been the case the past 2/3 times I’ve came to this location. Also seems to be the same workers when it’s “broke”. I ordered online and didn’t want a replacement drink for less value and they wouldn’t refund me.

I have been attending this sonic for a while now around 2-3 years and I never seemed to have a bad experience. Everyone I encountered was great and the food came out on time. The servers always had a great energy and vibe to them when serving my food and always seemed to start a conversation whenever there was time to do so. Although I’ve had great experiences the last couple weeks haven’t been the same for me. Food has been slow, energy from the people there hadn’t been the same as it used to be, and one girl who brought my food out was just straight up rude, was trying to pressure me into spending more money than I wanted to. When I read her name tag it said Maddison. I had never seen her before but if I had to take my guess she’s probably the reason why everyone has been acting so different and not having the same energy when it comes to serving us customers are food. Just thought I should share and as a daily customer whatever happened over the last few weeks needs to be changed back to how it was because everything was great!!!

Never been to a Sonic that doesn't have the numbers on all the stalls. How can someone pick up their order if you don't have the stall numbers. I literally had to drive in circles looking for a stall that was numbered. I've never been to this Sonic but it's safe to say I won't be back
Shout out to Ralph and the rest of these guys and girls working here who always cheerful, helpful and respectful

Trash employees... Close early so they don't have to take customers... The hours of operations is till 11pm. Not 10:30, not 10:45.

Terrible communication. British, so i speak perfectly good English. However, trying to order something as simple as an orange slush and ice cream is like one is talking double Dutch often here in the midwest. The kids working and serving often have no clue or ability to understand clear English grammar. I am sure if I spoke Mexican. Spanish or American broken English I would be easily understood.

We got to the Sonic around 10 PM. They don’t close for another hour but when we ordered, we had rude servers several things came out wrong, and when I asked to speak to a manager, the employees working ignored my request after asking several times to speak to a manager I had to call the store to get ahold of a manager to ask for her to come outside. The manager was very nice and did fix my drink, but after trying some of my food, I had already felt sick and didn’t want it fixed. One of the employees working there tonight was not only rude to us. He was rude to somebody at a stall when they were trying to talk to him, he just said yeah whatever and went back into the store. I work fast food so I understand how stressful and hard that it can be sometimes but being rude to customers like this was very unnecessary and not professional. respecting your customers is not hard!!!

Our food was surprisingly correct. I like the Sonic experience.
However, the only things that concerned me was that I got very ill eating your onion rings and now your double cheeseburger.. I paid almost $45 to taste undercooked cake battered onion rings, and now too much grease in the burgers..
It's very concerning that you're basically poisoning your customers who want to support your business and help you put food on the table for your families
I surely hope someone does not do this to you or your family just because you do not care for your customers.
