Terrible Quality - Scammed on BOGO Deal
I ordered the BOGO Footlong Coney via the app, and it was a total disaster. There was no meat or beans in the chili at all—it was just a thin, watery sauce smeared on a dry bun. I could count the tiny onion pieces on one hand. It’s unacceptable to sacrifice quality just because of a promotion. This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited. Zero stars for poor food and lack of effort.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. I had a mobile order and when I received my food it was cold. I went back and asked for a replacement and Nikki had an extremely bad attitude when they messed up the order

Slushy machines were down and our food took 20 minutes too long to get. We got something simple by the way. Which made us late to where we were going after. Chicken looked like it was deep fried in old oil. Super busy. Person that handed me food was rushing to give others food so I didn't get a chance to ask for extra condiments or straw. We were there during happy hour too.

Sonic, i love you so much. i am here every night. however, BLEND YOUR DAMN BLASTS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. if i wanted a ice cream with a topping horribly blended i would have gotten a mcflurry.
I placed a DoorDash order. I ordered chicken bites with tots, a drink and a pretzel. Instead I get cold fries and after eating a few of the cold fries ended up grabbing a giant black hair rolled up in the fries. This place is disgusting and needs a visit from the health department!!!

The kiosk did not work so I had to pay in person. It took so long for them to bring the food and when they did, they took my card and went back in and charged my card and brought it back, which also took too long. We had to wait there 15-20 minutes altogether, which is very long by Sonic standards. And we went there because we were in a rush. We ended up being late to our appointment because of the long wait.
When trying to pay in the stall, it was glitching and somehow added $20+ tip onto my $10 order. Manager says I can’t get my $35 for 5-7 business days because of their poorly maintained equipment. Then have to pay again for it. So nearly $50 for a couple of drinks and a small Mozerella stick. Get my drink and was not even correct, told the carhop and they just acted annoyed. First time visiting and definitely my last.

Was told to wait to place my order. Waited 20 minutes and the parking lot was empty. Walked to the front to ask what was going on. Just got smart ass responses from some punk kid. No apology given. Then another kid comes out and asks what stall I am in. I point to the 1 vehicle in the lot. “Oh, that one is broken.” Common sense would say to put a sign on that menu…..or don’t answer my call and tell me to wait.
Blown away by the lack of respect I was shown as a customer. I will NEVER be back to this location ever again.
Service is ok, not very fast in my opinion. Food was kind of cold when I got it. Messed up my drink order as well. Overall not a great experience.
Ordered a medical combo meal amd requested no lettuce 3 times. Also requested sprite 0. Took 15 mins to get order, they gave me water. Took 15 more minutes to get correct drink. Went back to office and they put lettuce on my burger. I realize they were busy and that it was right at lunchtime, but come on.... not really a good excuse.

In my opinion, this Sonic location is a little under repaired with a terrible parking lot. But the food is good in the service is very nice. We come here probably more often than we should
I have been to those location about three times every single time they mess up my drink order. I like to add cream in my soda and they don’t put it in there. It’s $1.40 to add cream and it’s frustrating when you order a soda online thinking that it will be easier for them to get it right and they always get it wrong. When they do meet you, they are super fast and think they are being efficient. But really you are missing if you got the customers order right or not.

Half of the stalls don't work, the food is very overpriced for what it is
The staff is efficient and quick. However there are like AT LEAST 3-4 stalls that have been dead (screens black, don’t work) for I don’t know… a year? They’ve been broken without being fixed for a looooongggg time and they don’t block them off. I feel like more and more of the screens die all the time rendering the stalls useless. It’s really not a big deal but it’s annoying as it’s like all the prime spots you’d want to park in. You pull in and then it’s like ahhhhh got tricked again, and then you have to move your car. They should at least put like a cone? You’d think they’d fix them by now. That’s all.
**update: thank you for putting up the signs on the broken stalls!! It helps a lot. The woman who has been working nights by herself running all the food and taking all the orders - Nikki or Vicky? - she is fantastic and deserves a raise. I can’t imagine running that sonic on a Friday night as a one man show. I hope that she is appreciated.
