This Sonic has the worst service in the city and there is almost always a problem. Rather it’s non carbonated drinks, wrong orders, wrong hours on the app, etc there is always an is an issue. 0 starts dont Recommend this so nice at

Do NOT go to this sonic. On multiple occasions I have had issues getting sick from their food or their food just plain tasting wrong. There is also the added fact that I placed an order with the APP at 10 PM (according to both the APP and the website this site closes at 11 PM) This was 1/24/2024 mind you; as I pull up their lights are off. They. Were. Closed. I asked if they could issue a refund for me and they said they didn't see any online order in their system. EXCUSE ME? But I had the order right there on my device, saying to put in the stall number, receipt and everything. Yet you don't see it in your system? Why the hell wasn't your online ordering taken down for the night if you were closing early? Make it so that mobile or online orders can't go through? With my previous experience at this site, along with what happened tonight just solidifies that this location is not worth going to. At least the people from the Mobile App were able to get me going for a refund.

I stopped by today on my lunch break thinking “hey I have a taste for a chicken slinger) so I ordered my food. Then I go about my day and head back to work. I then pull up to my job getting ready to eat my lunch. And to my surprise it’s an over cooked, teeny tiny piece of chicken. Guys my dog wouldn’t even eat this if I fed it to him. So of course I have a few minutes left on my lunch break and go back up there. The manager comes out I explain to her my issue. I then go on to show her the chicken. In which I asked would you eat this, she’s politely responds with no. So she offered me a refund. However you could’ve offered me a full refund and offered a fresh chicken sandwich. Just good customer service in my opinion. But did Whitney do that, no she didn’t. So now I’m at work writing this review wishing I had time to go somewhere else, but I don’t. So moral of the story is that I will not go to this sonic again. And if you choose to check your food.

I stopped at this Sonic last night cause I was craving the Trick or Treat blast, when I got there I thought oh, maybe some chili cheese tots would be good too. I accidentally ordered chili cheese fries, that’s on me, however what I got was absolutely disgusting, the stalest fries I’ve ever eaten, they had very clearly been sitting out the whole day under a heat lamp and I’m appalled that they would serve that to a customer, it honestly tasted like vomit mixed with the cheese. And of course I didn’t even figure this out until I got home from the 15 minute drive so by the time I realized what I was give, the store was closed. And mind you we had to sit there for almost an hour, about 30 minutes per our order and they weren’t large orders at all, 2-3 times each. Now moving on from the fries, my blast, so the Trick or Treat blast is advertised to have three candies inside, typically Oreos, m&ms, and then snickers or Reese’s, I received mine and it only had Oreos and m&ms. Not a huge deal but I would’ve liked to try all three.

The worse thing they ever did was forget a condiment. I eat here regularly because I work nearby, and it's consistently good. I don't know who the manager is, because I've never needed their help, but they are doing a fine job running this Sonic.

Half the reason anybody goes to sonic is for the ice cream, but the ice cream machine at this location breaks down frequently, and when it does, they don't get it fixed for like 10 days.
