I was very poorly attended, asked for a hot mocha, gave me a cold one, asked for a large one, gave me a small one, but not the time of the request and the very kind payment in the HR of asking for the tip and receiving the wrong payment!!! Was this behavior because of Brazil?

I had one of the worst service experiences today at this location inside Oak Park Mall. The service was extremely poor, and the coffee was poorly made. We had requested some customizations, including extra whipped cream, but what we received was a very small amount—far less than what is normally provided. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
