The worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks store.

Garbage customer service at 950am. Ordered 3 different breakfast sandwiches, none available. Ordered another item and then at pickup I asked for the item, then the order i didn't change for one. Not to me, as of customers are invisible. They talked among themselves, 2 young women who should not be customer facing.
Awful experience, should close it down until they can staff and stock appropriately

I have been to the starbucks inside Cosentinos many times and have never been left as unsatisfied as today. I got 6 sips out of my venti drink because the ice was filled to the top of the cup! I took it back and asked what they could do for me because it was not worth my money, all they did was tell me to get light ice next time, not even acknowledging they put WAY to much ice even for not ordering light ice.

This is NOT a drive thru, it's in a supermarket. The staff are apathetic or rude. The 2x I've been here the lattes were not very good and I also believe I was overcharged today. I don't like the supermarket either.

We have been to this location twice and every time they decline my bank cards. I asked what was the reason or code and have always been told it's my cards. Funny thing is 1 card is issued here in kansas and the other California. Once again, they say no transaction but my card is locked now again till Monday. When I contact my bank, they say that it's the business. Last time we are going here. Update 10/1/2022: I called Starbucks again on 9/26/2022 and made my complaint and was told that in 48 hrs. I would get a call from the district manager. Well I never got a call back so I called Starbucks again and was told that the district manager called me. Funny thing is that I never recieved a call, a message from them. So this company likes to lie and mark that they contacted people. I even told Starbucks I will gladly show you my call records for incoming and outgoing and was told they will call you. I also asked who the district manager was as this is public record and was told I don't know from them.

Not good experience here. Been here twice now, neither time this location has met the Starbucks experience I have had elsewhere. The first time the order taker was quite rude, maybe in a bad mood for that day but it felt really awkward ordering drinks. The second time another order taker didn't know what is FIFO, aka first in first out. He started to put new orders in front of the old orders, essentially a LIFO system (last in first out), making me waiting forever to get my drinks. I won't come back to this location for Starbucks anymore.

The Team members here and there customer service definitely make it a place to keep coming back again The drinks are always made like they should and never had one that wasnt.Thanks for the great service and always taking pride in making customers drinks perfect.
