Quick drive-thru, friendly staff, amazing drinks! For people that can't quite take black coffee but want a lower calorie drink, I highly recommend an iced café latte with skim milk. My go-to every time!

I’m this 🤏🏼 close to never supporting Starbucks again. Y’all are already on thin ice with the American population as it is and then yall keep hiring these girls who lack quality customer service skills? Yikes. The Asian chick with the colored contacts who gave me attitude yesterday because my order was incorrect (mind you, YOU messed it up) needs to check herself because I was very respectful when I came back around the drive through to hand the drink back. Once I’m able to duplicate all of my favorite drinks at home, I won’t even blink at a Starbucks.

I approached the window and was greeted with annoyance because I had ordered my drink with such short notice on the app that now I’d have to wait. I said that was no problem and was confused why she was mad. Then I asked her if she could make my daughter an ice water and she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up with an audible sigh and proceeded to make the water. I will not be returning to this location. Absolutely horrible service.

I've not been going to Starbucks for a while simply because I had not been getting the service I'd hoped for in some time. Today while running around on my job and after recent changes to their policies thought I would stop into the nearest one on my route since I had to use a restroom.

In a hurry I ordered a simple venti caramel macchiato with an extra shot and a cheese Danish. When I first walk up somebody is sitting there wiping down registers and surrounding areas. After a few seconds of awkward silence they said someone will help me shortly. Apparently cleaning those screens off was more important than my being helped.

I figured I would be patient, so when somebody finally came over he informed me his register was dismantled and that he would have to take my order and go to the drive-thru register to put my order in. No biggie. I mentioned twice I needed a receipt. He comes back after running my card and informs me he's out of receipt paper. Obviously incredulous I explained this was on a business card and that's why I needed a receipt. Anyone who uses business accounts understands how important these receipts are. I should have been told that when I asked for it, so I could use a different card.

So I wait patiently for my order and the first thing that comes out is my macchiato followed by my Danish. The Danish has been heated but I had not been asked if I wanted it heated. I did not. I took it out to my car to cool off while I drove and took my first drink of my macchiato, which if you've ever ordered a macchiato with an extra shot there is a distinct taste of coffee when you take your first couple sips when you get that extra shot that my macchiato did not have. I am pretty sure I did not get the extra shot I requested we couldn't tell you cuz I didn't get my receipt.

All of these singularly were minor issues but cumulatively made the visit bad. I feel like I wasted my money thinking policies would change the service issues.

Simply unhappy and likely will not return to Starbucks for quite some time again. And if I do, despite this one landing on my route twice a week I will actively avoid this one.

I saw the reviews and thought how bad can it be. I just want 5 cake pops. I wait in line forever. Like 30 minutes. The customer service wasn't rude but it was icy. I pay for 5 cake pops and get 4. So I park to go in. And I was in the line so long they went from taking walk ins to locking the door, full of patrons. 4:30 pm on Friday. I go back in the drive through to get the bag labeled 3/5 because they had been counted and prepared correctly but not put in the bag fully? Yes I had to wait again to get it and no offer for an extra cake pop or a coupon for next time or anything? Thank goodness it was an easy order...

Ordered at 530 am supposed to be ready. Only to wait outside for 15 min in 1 degree weather while the worker keeps the door locked and makes me stand outside for her to make the order. Cheyenne is the name of the employee.

Ordered a venti. Guy working must have typed it in wrong and they made a grande. Told them I ordered a venti and they acted like I was dumb and wouldn’t fix it. Both the girls were terrible rude employees. The guy who took my order was nice.
