The tea was refreshing and the bacon egg gouda sandwich was fresh out the oven and really good. Suprising for a place like starbucks!Staff was also really friendly and happy to serve us.Atmosphere was great, you also have a view of the roads.Parking: Pretty big parking lot for a starbucks. No potholes at all.

This Starbucks is AMAZING!! Best service, and kindest people I’ve come across at any Starbucks. I accidentally told them the order wrong and Dylan fixed it up without a second thought, amazing!! I’m pretty sure he’s the manager and if so great job Starbucks!!! Give great workers the recognition they deserve!!

It was drive thru visit, so the atmosphere wasn't a consideration. I only got to Starbucks, when I get a gift card for Starbucks. They just are rather expensive and I don't like coffee, so it's a chi tea latte either hot or cold ( and these have had way too much ice in the, remember to order with easy or less ice )

I got a tall flat white & it was so bitter I couldn’t take another drink. The man who made it said oh, well he’ll make it again, the 2nd one was worse than the 1st. He then said well I’ll just put 1 shot of espresso in it this next time since you don’t like it! NO!! I ordered a tall white &I shouldn’t get less espresso because you don’t know how to make the drink.I then asked for a refund which I used my debit card & they without asking refunded it to my Starbucks card!!Not ok!! I will be reporting to BBB!!I left & went to the location on 135th & Metcalf & was served a delicious tall flat white w/ a heart shaped decoration from a very friendly lady behind the counter, on the 1st attempt!In conclusion, drive the extra 3mins to the 135th & Metcalf location or just skip your coffee for the day it’s not worth the headache!

Growing Back to the Land

I ordered a venti green tea with extra ice and a vanilla cream cold brew—$ 10.00.The tea was lukewarm with no extra ice.Instead of blocking drive through, my husband went inside to request more ice.They gave him another warm tea without extra ice. Both teas were gross in 100° heat.For $4.00, I can buy a whole box of green tea. It shouldn't have been that hard to put extra ice in the cup.My husband's cold brew was also old and stale.He dumped it out after one sip.We have been here many times, and the service keeps getting worse.It's a heat wave, and they were standing out subpar beverages.

Horrible customer service!!! Took order and when we got to the window to receive it, they said that they want credit card and refused to take cash!!!?Some scrawny teenager, calling himself a manager??!! Bulging his eyes out at me and my daughter with attitude gave us two options to leave or to take drink for free because he “ doesn’t care”!!!!I said that we do not need his free drink and We left!!Service in Starbucks went down the toilet. Please train your people to talk respectfully to your customers

I’m done with this Starbucks. The last 4 times I’ve been to this location my order has with been incorrect or there’s been issues with the cups - lids not staying on. Don’t give a customer a coffee with a bad lid. Pretty frustrating to try and take a drink while driving only to have it steadily drip all over your clothes. The employees are friendly there but correctly securing or replacing a bad on a hot drink is a safety issue we now have other options in our area for coffee and I’ll be trying them out.

I visited on a Sunday morning. The drive thru line was kind of long but moved at an acceptable pace.I placed my order and only had to wait a few moments once it was my turn at the window. The barista that helped me was very polite and pleasant.My drink was great, perhaps a little cooler in temperature than I expected, but for me it was perfect. Others might have preferred it warmer. My cheese danish was good but didn't seem as warm and toasty as I sometimes get them; however, it was still fine. This is a new location for me so I can't necessarily expect things to be exactly like the location I am used to visiting.
