I go there all the time. Lately the service has been bad. I do drive thru and I’m early enough that there isn’t a massive line and the parking lot isn’t busy. I order the same thing almost everyday. Except lately it’s been wrong. Bacon when I ask for no bacon. Regular milk when I ask for oatmilk, and that’s even after my order is said back to me. It’s frustrating

Horrible experience. Took 20 minutes for them to make me 1 grande vanilla latte. I finally had to ask them about it and they said the reason it took so long was because they had lots of online orders. Looks like they give preferential treatment to online orders and not to people who visit their location and order at the register. You're better off going elsewhere.

Frustrated that bc I had to reload my card to pay for this order, it didn't take the payment from my starbucks card as opposed to my debit card... and therefore I did not earn any stars. That is the whole point of this app imo; to earn stars/ rewards. Now I'm frustrated that a $12+ purchase went down the drain re rewards.

I've gone through the drive thru at this location several times and never had any big issues. It's a pretty standard Starbucks. The last time I went here I ordered ahead and it was ready when I got there, as I usually do at any Starbucks location. This one is nothing special, but they get the job done - if you're in the area and want a coffee you really can't go wrong here.
