I went here to get some food and drinks while my daughter was having dental surgery down the street for my wife and I. I was completely nice at first to the lady at the cash register but she like sneered and mugged me everytime I added something to the order. I eventually just said I'm good and asked her what her problem was. She ended up being the manager on September 6th around 8 in the morning. If she worked for me I would have fired her then and there. Terrible service. We all got things going on doesn't mean you can treat people like garbage.

Literally the worst barista at her job right now at 6pm you sit on your phone and can’t even take the order properly because you were too ignorant too even realize I worked there before and was trying to help you. Stop being ignorant and be happy you even have a job she made my order wrong and then literally tried to insult me by not putting anything in my drink that I asked for and put the wrong amount of shots please don’t come here it’s disgusting

Hours online are not accurate. I made a special trip to pick up a cake pop for my son only to find out it closed over half an hour before I arrived. Disappointed. Poor business practice.
Lied to me and told I could upload my receipt for star because “they don’t have the technology to scan the QR code on the app” now I’m out 100 stars. Don’t go here if you want rewards or use rewards!!

I really wish I remembered her name, all I know is she had semi long brown hair and was wearing a grey sweatshirt. But I'm just hoping she sees this so she knows I appreciate her haha. I had anxiety in the moment and the words wouldn't come out at the time for me to tell her but not only was she doing a really good job working alone, but she asked me how my weekend was and seemed like she genuinely wanted to know. Little did she know that was big for me because I had a REALLY rough past week and she seemed like she actually cared and wished me a better week as I left. I wish I had told her to have an amazing one back, she even made my drink the BEST I had ever had it!! I was just shocked because I had never had a barista start conversation. The app said the Starbucks inside this Target was open until 9pm, so I dashed in at 8:24pm. The woman at the counter abruptly shouted, "We're CLOSED!" as I approached. I held up my phone as an apology and explained Google and the app said 9pm. She got even ruder and yelled (didn't state) "EIGHT O'CLOCK. WE'RE CLOSED!"I'm not used to such behavior from a Starbucks (Target?) employee. Perhaps she needs a raise to help her fund her much-needed butt stick removal surgery.
