Starbucks

Placed a pickup order 15 minutes ago…the cars that were in the drive thru when I walked in and gave all left with their drinks…What’s the point of ordering ahead?

EVERY time I come here I am in the drive thru for from 5-15 mins!!! Even when there only a few cars. The slowest Starbucks I have ever been too - and no one says they’re sorry for the delay.
2 girls that work there are nice - that’s it!! I order an ICED COFFEE - that’s my difficult order

Sometimes, a manager is needed. Over the past few weeks, they have had a group of new hires, and they need help. The last 3 days 1 drink, an oatmilk cappuccino and some scones have taken over 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable, staff is walking back and forth to make 1 drink and looks confused. I have seen customers leave without their order. Will be looking for another coffee shop.

Very loud inside to have a meeting

Kimber was such a great barrister. Smiled the whole time we were chatting and made great morning conversation. She assisted me with my first Starbucks ice coffee order and it was so good. I was proud of myself to even remember what to order lol but she made it easy and judgement free. She even mixed two flavors together to make the French vanilla. I will definitely be going back because of Kimber I fell in love with Starbucks and with coffee. Thanks love. FYI she’s a keeper.

Nice quiet Starbucks. My food was cold both times I ordered and the staff was blatantly annoyed when I asked them to warm it up for me.

Every time I go to this location it is an experience. They treat me very well, my orders always taste better than in another store, today I went and they praised my lipstick, they always make me feel good about myself, they go above and beyond and make me have good coffee and a good atmosphere. The best, in any of the shifts, all the workers are great

This is by far the best Starbucks in the metro area! They are always busy but work quickly and efficiently. My drinks are always made perfectly. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Every other Starbucks employee should be trained here because they clearly have a good system down.
