This is two venti iced shaken espressos with the ice removed. This is criminal 😭

Popped in here for a moment while I was waiting for an appointment and it was really nice! Employees were very nice and had great customer service. Atmosphere was very chill.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered my daughter’s Venti iced drink. When we pulled up to the window, they handed me a tall. I told them it was supposed to be a venti. The girl literally handed it to someone and said, “just put it in a venti and add ice to.” What??? I get you want to keep the line moving, but how horrible is that? In front of the customer no less. Just sad.

Love the staff during weekdays but I think they need to have extra help for their weekend staff. Ordered ahead for a DT pick up but still waited 10+ minutes in line. Same thing goes for in-store pick up as well. Their staff is lovely in general but I understand the lack of manpower really slows everything down. Corporate should do better.

I ordered ahead on the mobile app and after waiting in store for 25 minutes, I asked where my cold brew was. I was told it would be right out and I proceeded to watch them make drink after drink that wasn’t mine. Finally after 30+ minutes, I asked for a refund and was not given one and left. The employee was rude and made excuses as to why it took them over 30 minutes to not pour me a cold brew.

Its sad I live right by this Starbucks and regret every time I dont drive across town to a diffrent one. They always say my order back correct and always make it wrong. It honestly depends on if you tip or not I have notice with these 2 working in the window today. The thing is the last time you messed up so no tip and this time you did and the time before that. ABSOLUTELY I TIP AT 119TH ST STARBUCKS THEY TREAT YOU AMAZING AND DRINKS ALWAYS MADE JUST RIGHT. Management do something with your team members who are working today! Im a single mom who raises kids work overnights and just woke up to have to walk in for my drink to be remade while your employees laughed at my appearance. It sad I cannot go to where it is convient due to the employees you have and unnessary travel for good service
