I’ve never been to a Starbucks. It was exactly like the ones I’ve seen in the movies. And it cost more to eat here than I could have imagined! Overall a once in a lifetime experience.

Unfortunately today the day I leave a review. This has to be the most inconsistent Starbucks I’ve been too. I’ve been going for a number of years. Sometimes I get the oat milk and sometimes I get 2% (and my stomach doesn’t appreciate it. Today I got an iced white Mocha and I was greeted by the taste of coffee and no white Mocha to be found.

Actually ordered from here last Friday. Haven't been in a long time. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a medium drink. Should have been charged about 12$. Get to the cashier and she charges me something.like 19$. I was in a hurry on lunch break so I didn't have time to think about it. Cashier said my gift card covered my total bit didn't give the gift card back. Then she said I owed another 8$. So I paid with a bank card. I called about an hour later to resolve the situation. Same cashier said she didn't see I was charged anywhere or couldn't figure it out and that her manager Chad would get back with me. Well Chad never did. And the payment has now gone through. No resolution. Not a big deal but I was definitely overcharged and nothing was ever done. So disappointed. A simple phone call or email refunding my debt card or giving me a gift card for the trouble and confusion would be very simple. Now I know why I hadn't been there in a long time.

Pour overs don’t exist here.Ordered a pour over and received burnt drip coffee. Just another day at this location. Plenty of staff but this menu item continues to baffle the folks here.

The last 3 times in the last 2 weeks the service has went way down. I place my order on the app (5 minutes ahead like I have for 1 year). I thought the app helped the baristas know what’s coming INSTEAD of just pulling through and ordering at the drive thru. Each time I get up to the window, I am rudely told that they needed more time, pull around. Please explain to me what the preferred method of ordering from this store is. It’s odd because they protest because they are so mistreated by a fabulous company mind you, they cause a traffic nightmares because they can and yet they still find time to upset people like they are serving gold to the poor. I spend a lot of cash here, tip a bucks every time and so does my large staff. I love Starbucks and the dudes at this store but the new manager and the girls at this location need to go. They act entitled like they are the only one saving lives. Lastly, they are not representing the American nor Starbucks brand of kindness. Sad.
Tree lined drive thru, or walk up window service only. Fairly quick, service, and pleasant employees. Small and sits back from the road. Enjoyed the peppermint mocha!
Drive thru only.Our food came out fast and hot but our drinks were wrong. My husband got a caramel macchiato and he said it only tastes like hot milk and I got a mocha cookie crumble and it only tastes like watered down coffee. No cookie bits or chocolate. We were already on the highway but just be careful and check your drinks before you pull away!!

One of the preferable Starbucks I regularly visit. The usual friendly baristas but with predictably fast service. I never worry about running late when I stop here regardless of the line.
