Best Starbucks in town!!! Drinks are always consistently good

Worst experience ever I received today at this starbucks. Today i ordered a pike medium roast coffee. They usually give it soon after they charge me every time i go (cuz it’s already brewed and ready to serve ). But unlike everyday the cashier did not give me coffee. I was standing at the register and had to wait 20 min. Even after waiting i had to ask them for my coffee which did not sound professional . I don’t know whats wrong with them……. Never visiting this cafẽ again….

This has been one of the nicest Starbucks experiences that I’ve had in a long time. I visited Saturday morning 6/21 and the staff was so welcoming. The inside was clean and organized. My food and coffee drink were excellent. Just all around a great experience. Thanks to the warm and welcoming staff on my visit. You made my day ✨

I asked the young gal if she could help me with the app to see my history to re order same thing for my friend, got a ' nope' she didn't know anything about the app. Not the type tonfrequent these places and this just reinforces

Stopped in while visiting KC. A nice little area close to where we stay .
This Starbucks location has the employees with the worst attitude in the whole area. They can never fully get order right, always missing something, or no utensils and napkins. They are quick to get defensive. Immediately gets defensive when asking for the rest of your incomplete order.
