Came through the drive through yesterday and ordered 2 large beverages that came to roughly $15. Presented cash ($100 bill) and was promptly told they did not have change for it. I did not have another way to pay, so I didn’t get the drinks and had to find another coffee shop. 😔

Basically gave me the coffee and water remains before they refilled their coffee machine. I ordered a grande pike roast and i could see the bottom of the cup. Please don’t ruin anyone’s morning after waiting 10 minutes on a cold morning. So disappointed 11/8/25

Worst experience ever I received today at this starbucks. Today i ordered a pike medium roast coffee. They usually give it soon after they charge me every time i go (cuz it’s already brewed and ready to serve ). But unlike everyday the cashier did not give me coffee. I was standing at the register and had to wait 20 min. Even after waiting i had to ask them for my coffee which did not sound professional . I don’t know whats wrong with them……. Never visiting this cafẽ again….

This has been one of the nicest Starbucks experiences that I’ve had in a long time. I visited Saturday morning 6/21 and the staff was so welcoming. The inside was clean and organized. My food and coffee drink were excellent. Just all around a great experience. Thanks to the warm and welcoming staff on my visit. You made my day ✨
I asked the young gal if she could help me with the app to see my history to re order same thing for my friend, got a ' nope' she didn't know anything about the app. Not the type tonfrequent these places and this just reinforces
