I used to be a regular at this Starbucks, but I don’t make it up to this area near as often as I used to. I’ve been coming here for several years, and Crow has always gone out of their way to make sure that my drink is made correctly and they always remember me. When I order inside, they even remember my dairy allergy if I forget to mention that I need soy! They seem to really love their job and they are extremely talented at what they do. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is coffee, and I love stopping in whenever I’m in town.
Friday December 20th 2024 , 9:30 am … this Starbucks location on State Line was chaotic and the manager was entirely unprofessional and unhygienic. I ordered a grande latte , waited 15 minutes to hear the manager complain about DoorDash, “brag” about the store making $7k per day, and tell her 4-5 baristas it was impossible to complete orders in under 5 minutes all while wiping her hands over her face mouth and hair (never washing her hands) and handling drinks and food. I was disgusted and left without my drink after witnessing all of this.

Friendly employees. Great drinks. Often busy but line moves pretty quickly. If there is ever an issue with our order, they are so nice about fixing it!

We couldn't get our coffees due to the place not being able to break a $100 bill.
My husband & I went to Starbucks on Sunday after church. We shared a warm blueberry scone & I had their Pike's Place roast & and my hubby had their Chi Lates. Great place.

Great location both for the coffee and meeting clients. The tables are in an area away from the lines and registers which is super nice to avoid distractions or needing to raise our voices during busy times. Drinks have always been perfect from this location.

I get the same drink every single day. Nothing changes; not the size, not the extras, nothing. Order ahead today again like normal. They’re a bit more busy, but no problem there. Went through drive-thru like normal, get up to the front and I don’t know if the staff just was in such a rush or if they just didn’t care, but I’m writing this review right after they hand it to me at the window, 20 ft from the building, and the picture is exactly what they hand me. This sucker is 3/4th of the way full. Just didn’t feel like filling it? Well I ask that. Politely, and with a smile because it almost seemed like a joke, I asked if they’re going to fill it low or fill it like normal next time, and she tells me that next time I better ask for extra ice or it won’t be filled. I bought a venti????? A venti is the biggest size why do I need to ask for extra ice for you to MAKE it look full when I paid for the size and it should BE full? Not coming here anymore.

I have other Starbucks closer to my house, but I go out of my way to go to this one. Service is always fast and the baristas are friendly.
My husband and I love coming to this store. We enjoy the most of the staff and never have issues with our drinks. However I’ve noticed that a certain worker I think her name is Corinne not sure if I’m spelling it correctly, is always speaking to my husband in a way I do not like, it is a very flirtatious way which he tells me makes him uncomfortable. On days where it is not just us but people we are meeting, I notice that they feel like that as well with this person. We love this store a lot but this feels very very inappropriate especially in any service industry.
