2 young girls were working. Highly disrespectful and rude. I wanted to add money to my Starbucks card. The first young girl rudely say " you cannot add cash to you card with cash or a gift card. I asked her to clarify what she meant. I had a visa gift card. She rudely said you can use that. Then I had a birthday reward I scanned my app and I she pushed ir thru without letting me tell her that part of my order was a reward. I said this is a birthday reward she said next time tell your batista. ??? I'm not gonna argue with kids. So I didn't say anything else as I was trying to put my phone and card away I have the other teenager saying your drink is ready. I was still not done putting my stuff away as she shouts at the other end. In a very disrespectful tone. Both of them began talking about me as if I wasn't there. Very unprofessional.
