As a constant business traveler this location really sets itself apart from the rest. I’m truly impressed with the quality of service provided by all. Starbucks should model the other locations based on this one. A special thank you to Anuma, Reina Lana, Mayur, Elyse and Mona. I always start my day with a great big smile because of my experience at this location. They make me feel at home while on the road. Hotel guests as well as local patrons are greeted with a warm welcome and receive the highest quality Starbucks has to offer. Thank you!!

Holidays are always a time to be with family. I happen to be on my possibly 14th business trip to Marriott where this particular Starbucks is located. Anuma, Mona and Izzy created a home away from home atmosphere for me when I needed it the most - around the holidays. You are greeted with cheers and smiles at every visit at this particular location. I love visiting as I always feel welcomed! Please visit the friendliest trio at Starbucks - Anuma, Mona and Izzy!

I can't say enough great things about the Starbucks inside the Overland Park Marriott! Despite being in a busy environment, the service here is consistently exceptional. Mona, the Manager, along with her fantastic teammates Amma and Mayur, go above and beyond to provide a warm and welcoming experience. Mona, in particular, is incredible with customers—she remembers guests even if she only sees them once or twice a year! She greets everyone with a genuine smile and makes them feel valued and special. That level of personal attention is rare and truly sets this location apart. No matter how hectic it gets, the team remains efficient, friendly, and professional, ensuring every order is handled with care. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just stopping by for a coffee, this Starbucks is worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Genuinely friendly - business trips can be so draining. It’s such a relief to step into a place with people like Mona and Lana. They quickly made up my hot coffee with almond milk, offered one idea of a nearby pastry place to visit and quickly got me on my way. Thanks Ladies!!!

Stayed in the hotel and didn't want to pay $17 for the hotel breakfast so I stopped in my first morning. Ordered a caramel cappuccino (which is highlighted on the holiday menu), only to be told they were out of caramel. Ordered a french vanilla cappuccino and he had no idea what that was. Not sure what I ended up with, but it was not hot, but iced. Also ordered a breakfast sandwich, only to be told that it would be 15 minutes! Stopped in the next morning again to give it a try since I needed a quick bite. Same man took my order and when I asked if they had caramel, he acted surprised and said of course. There was another woman there that morning that may have been the manager, so where they really out the day before? Again the same thing with the breakfast sandwich so I settled for a muffin as the manager said their oven was down. Again, I ordered a caramel cappuccino (from their menu!!) and got a caramel Frappuccino. I gave up after that. Next time I'm in town, I will probably try the hotel breakfast and see if I have better luck.

I visited this establishment from California with my family for some morning drinks. Despite it being busy, which we expected, the experience was disappointing. The woman who seemed to be the manager, a lady with short hair dressed differently from the other employees, was shouting very rudely and was quite impolite. She didn’t bother to help us when our order was made wrong. Additionally, the strawberry lemonade caused stomach issues for both my son and daughter, indicating a potential problem with the drink. Me and my husband will not be visiting this establishment again when visiting kansas.
