I never in life experienced any racial interaction I asked for water I’m sick the lady gave me a rude look and said no was so unacceptable how rude she was just hateful I never experienced anything like this at this location before I work in customer service never in my life will I treat a customer like that I will never come back to this location ever again

I’ve been going to this location for a long time. My only regret is not giving them a five star sooner. The people at this location are prompt, professional, and extremely polite. Today there was an accident on the correct drink. they didn’t ask or care who’s fault it was without hesitation that just made me a new one and did question a thing. Thank you for having an amazing polite, respectful staff. I will keep coming back to this location. Give them a little raise. 🙌🙌🙌

Have been here four mornings 1/27/25 and the staff has been wonderful and professional. Cypriano and Alex and many others have taken very good care of us. Our coffees have been very good the sandwich was hot and they have had smiles and taken the time to greet us and welcome us back. Lots of seating decent restroom and outdoor seating is available just maybe not option when 22 degrees. Like this location and like the baristas!
Parking: Plenty of parking and they have a drive too as well

I barely go to Starbucks and when I do it because I’m sick I went in today, December 27 2024 at 12:10 PM. The young lady that was at the drive-through was very rude. She gave me a drink that was spilling over and she saw that it was pulling over. I asked her for a napkin and she did not even apologize for the drinks, filling over that she handed to me and bawled up a bunch of napkins to give to me now listen if this is how Starbucks operates I will never come back to this location ever again I called and asked for a manager the shift leader named Michaela said that the manager was not in today. They only had shift leader when I tried to ask for the young lady’s name at the drive-through. She refused and ignored it if you want a proper Starbucks and you are a black person do not come here because they Will not treat you like they treat other customers
