I stopped in to pick up a coffee. It was ready very quickly after I ordered on the app. The pick up area was a bit dirty and cluttered with trash. The atmosphere was nice inside. There was plenty of seating and a variety of types of seating. They had a few parking spots available by the building. There's more parking in the back.

Came and got a coffee today horrible service, the girl at the window and the girl that took my order have no manners when she gave me my coffee it was wrong. I was still nice when they remade it said thank you and nothing back and shut window in my face .It’s pretty sad that you have miserable people working in an industry like this that doesn’t enjoy their job if somebody says thank you, they should say it back respect for respect how is she going to be rude to me when she messed up my drink very very unprofessional I would say go to another one

So tonight we were in the drive thru line and a rude customer in front was honking at the employees in the window. All because their caramel brulee was too sweet? Its supposed to be sweet. They honked not only once but twice while at the pick up window. The employees were very nice and patient and did everything they could to make it right despite how crazy the customer was.We especially love this location. They always do an amazing job. If you are privileged enough in life to even get a starbucks drink, then you should be grateful. If not... go inside to complain and dont be a jerk to the workers. They do their best everyday! We love you guys!

The Right Way
My drink was not ready for 40 minutes past pick up time on a mobile order and not even a full drink. It is hot and delicious but 50 minutes from my order time?

Every drink I order is wrong amd takes 20 minutes to get. The food is always good but it's prepared and impossible to make different.I ordered a trenta pink drink and had exactly 3 freeze dried strawberries. And cold coffee with toppings will be missing the toppings.Spend your money at another location.
I special order my drink. I go one to two times a day during the work week. And it makes me mad if I have to take it back to get it corrected, breakfast $7.50 a drink I want what I want. Then they always act like you're trying to get some for free and they're getting a drink back. I don't get it!

Came here for a quick coffee drink. Boy was I mistaken. It Took over 30 mins just to get a frappe-chino. I even saw other customers getting their items before me even though I ordered before them. I understand they are busy, but stay consistent and make the drinks as they are ordered.
