Had a great time and meal from Solstice with my husband here tonight, there was a lady customer screaming/cussing at workers about her food for 30 minutes which was awkward for everyone and a buzzkill, kudos to how they handled her

Horrified. My 4 year old daughter was served entirely raw chicken tender. How do I upload photos? Absolutely DANGEROUS. Dr told me to take her the ER as soon she develops symptoms which she considers likely given how raw they were

We've been to Strang Hall a few times, and it has been great every time. The variety of food you can get is so wide and varied, everyone should be able to find SOMETHING. It might seem a little pricey, but for the amount of food and the quality of food you get is worth it. I could spend almost the same amount at McDonald's for a "value" meal, and I would feel terrible (both from the food and the cost. The atmosphere is mellow but not boring. You can have a larger party of people and still have enough room for everyone. The employees are pleasant and not in your face. They come around when needed to get the dishes but do not intrude. Overall, definitely recommend.

An ok place if you have some picky folks. The beer cheese was underwhelming, and I would suggest heading to a Mexican restaurant for birria. Not bad, just not what I was used to and a bit pricey for the quality. Again, not bad though.
Dietary restrictions: Looking for non dairy options when we go out usually means we have to eat Asian, which is not bad, but Strang Hall allowed us to get non-dairy as well as whatever else. ??

I ordered a beer and some sushi. The two rolls were great the wasabi was a good texture and consistency. The tuna on the rolls was very fresh, so was the eel.

Loved the vibe! I thought it was neat that everyone in my party could have their own dinner. Will be back if i’m in town again!

One of my all time favorites! Best place to take the fam and eat whatever you want. It's a little bit pricey but fair. And the choices are amazing!

The nachos tasted microwaved. No hospitality to be seen anywhere. Was excited but left beyond disappointed. Atmosphere felt soulless

I went on a Friday evening. There was no place to sit. I left and went somewhere else. If you like crowds and noise this is the place for you.

This place is awesome. My kids ran around outside with some friends from school while the parents ate and had drinks.

Really good range of food, feels like a high-end mall food court with a good bar. Basically a collection of test-kitchens, so if you have that "what do you want to eat?" Scenario, where no one can make up their mind, you're pretty well covered here. Heard they might start a higher-tier supper club, which I'm interested in.
Parking: On the east side of the building, lots of free parking in the garage and EV chargers, as well.
Kid-friendliness: It's a cafeteria type setting, but with really good food. If your kids are picky, you'll be fine. And you can grab a beer or whiskey if your better half wants to DD.

Had the Crab Rangoon Pizza and it was amazing! Our server, Mika, was polite and went over the menu with us to help us avoid some dietary preferences our family had. We also signed up for Strang Rewards and got a kids meal for free!

I think the concept is nice. It reminds me of a student union cafeteria. However, I saw a lot of health code violations and that made me not want to eat anything.
A guy working right across from the bar was texting on his phone with his food prep gloves on. He kept putting the phone down and picking it right back up without changing his gloves.
Another guy was cleaning and prepping food with the same gloves on.
Another guy had a long beard with rubber bands in it.
It was just all kind of gross and unhygienic.
I didn't see anyone who appeared to be in charge and it doesn't look like anyone is enforcing basic standards.
I was excited to try this place, but won't be back.
