Trash subway. Doesn’t take promotions, will charge $15 for a horrible footlong. Jersey mikes, capriottis, jimmy johns, goodcents, ANYWHERE ELSE…can do better than here ☺️

Closest one to me, but I am going to have to never go back. I sat there in awe and watched them butcher a 15 USD sandwich. Not only was it not ready 45 minutes after the order was placed, but the one person they had behind the counter was clearly lost and never trained. They took 5 solid minutes to get the bread opened up and place the meat and cheese (of which was supposed to be double but they did not do double). Instead of going to toast it, they added all the veggies THEN toasted. Once toasting, they stop it 10 seconds into the toasting cycle and remove it. I then watch this soggy mess that almost got toasted get drowned in a sea of mayo. Fifteen US dollars. Not only that, but you can't even get support through Subway or the store... which sadly means I am destined never to return. They stopped honoring promo codes here anyways, so it was already a rare occasion.

Placed a pickup order tonight. Got two sandwiches and two bags of chips. Noticed that the chips were not by my food. Asked the worker who was a red headed guy with a beard. I said do I just grab my own chips. He responded did you look in the bag very rudely. Looked again no chips. Turned back around and he was gone. So I ended up leaving since he didn’t actually give me a real answer

There was a white man who was very mad taking my order, when I decided to ignore him, he kept doing my sandwich acting very offended throwing my tomatoes in my Sandwich, I didn’t understand on what purpose he was doing that to me In front of my family but I feel is not ok, I understand we all have good days and bad days but is not everyone’s fault to be treated disrespectful the way the coworker did, I hope he learns that no matter what situation you are going through, you need to be a good worker! And always be very respectful ! I give zero stars for this place sorry !🤷🏼♀️

The person making our sandwiches had a very bad attitude from the moment we walked in was shaking his head at my grandson. The place was not busy at all it was just the two of us. He acted aggravated and after toasting my sandwich he was like did I want it as is and I started to tell him what I wanted on my sandwich and he says so that's a no. I got two sandwiches the churro pretzel and cookie cuz I wanted to see what those items taste like. I barely got enough cheese to cover the bottom of the tub. Not a friendly place at all will not go to that location again. There was no name tag but the description was a thing red-headed man with a beard, as I mentioned attitude. I would like a manager to give me my money back.
I was here on Tuesday 26th around 7pm. There were these two younger gentleman and it was the best subway ever. Perfectly put together subs. Wow. I was so impressed.
