The employees such as the ones who work here is why Subway has been steadily losing business. Hard as a rock bread with a thimble of fillings. I had to throw half of my sandwich away bc I just couldn’t do it anymore. AND THEYRE EXPENSIVE. I would have been better off going to a sit down restaurant.

Today's date is 11/24/24. Time is 20:47 came here to pick up a doordash order and the gentleman working really made me feel welcome. Not only was he efficient and completing my order, he was very, very cordial and went far and beyond what normal customer service is at other subways. I would especially recommend this Subway off of 87th above and beyond. All other subways I've been to thank you for your hard work and your great employees

Last time I went here a mentally handicapped worker took 25 minutes to mess up my online order. The time before that, the blonde lady worker was presumably shooting up in the bathroom for a solid 15 minutes while i waited in the dining room, amazed nobody was there. No response to multiple loud verbal “is anybody here?”. LITERALLY THE WORST SUBWAY LOCATION IN THE WHOLE STATE. Owner/manager should be SERIOUSLY embarrassed about complete lack of skill and intelligence. The other stories on here, I believe ALL of them.

The employee named C-Dale out right threatened my life! He kept saying things like, “Haven’t you learned your lesson,” and “you have haven’t learn,” and “I’ll do what I have to do.” Absolutely inappropriate, disrespectful, and illegal. I hate this place so much now and it should close down

Went in to grab a sandwich just before 7 (so this is not just at closing or anything). I’m told by the one employee there that they are out of bread and the meat is all “thawing”, though I can see bread in the case. He said he couldn’t help me and I left. I’ve been loyal to Subway for many years but won’t be going back to this location. I can’t believe y’all are actually going to hand this guy a paycheck. SMH

Associate was eating when I walked in- no problem with that at all. As we both walked towards the counter his finger was in his mouth, picking his teeth. Once behind the counter he turned on the sink and splashed water on his hands for less than a second. No soap at all. No scrubbing. Disgusting. I just turned around and left and won’t be back. I cannot unsee that.

Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make a few sandwiches. Maybe stop talking about tv shows and movies to people and make the orders. Service was extremely slow. Ordered two Phillies with more meat and the meat didn’t even cover the bread. Another family member ordered a steak sandwich and we almost went back because there was no meat. Finally dug around and found some under the veggies. It’s like they used one tray for a whole footling. One half had cheese the other didn’t. Definitely avoiding this location. Missed half of our kids lesson tonight as well.

Amazing atmosphere! The workers made conversation with me while making my sandwich. They were kind and silly and you could tell they were making the most of their job. The food was great they even went back and fourth on the best way to lay out the sandwich. Overall great experience.

The manager Tim was very rude and difficult to work with. I tried to be calm and collected as I know everyone has bad days. I went in because i ordered extra olives and pickles on my sandwich and came in to ask for like a cup of more of them because I only got like 10 on the whole sandwich (less than normal amount). He insisted he made it and put extra and i said thats fine i didnt even want the sandwich remade and could even bring in the sandwich to show him. He then continued to make more remarks about which i just ignored. I didnt want to even leave a bad review but after going back in because i ate a bite and the olives were horrible (not their fault) I asked to speak to another worker so there weren’t any issue, all I wanted was to quickly get a refund and go. Instead tim jumped in and kept cutting me off and raising his voice over me about it and bragged about taking about it with other costumers. Im very upset with my experience here and I hope it never happens to anyone else.
