Very, very, very slow! The people in here seem to not work as a team. The bread is hard as a rock on the bottom. The employees were very melancholy. Meh probably won't be back to this location. Who's cross training these employees??

I tried to use the app as I was supposed to get a twenty percent discount. I spent thirty minutes on the SUBWAY CRAPP trying to place an order for $36 for three sandwiches. I spent the thirty minutes trying to split the $36 between two gift cards because neither one had a $36 balance.
When I was unable to do that, I showed up at this shop and placed the order. The staff told me they couldn't give me the 20% discount as that was the Subway chain's promo, but that I would be able to call the customer service number for Subway and get credited.
It you call the Subway customer service number, it tells you to go to the website. There, you submit a complaint with the STORE NUMBER, THE RECEIPT NUMBER, THE TOTAL AND WHY YOU EXPECT A REFUND/CREDIT.
I did so immediately, two months ago. So far no response from Subway and no way to contact them.
When I call this store I'm told that it's a problem between me and the franchisor and I should GFYS if that's not satisfactory.

Half of the ingredients looked old and I also experienced some strange customer service, the guy working there didn’t even greet me and all he did was look at me and look at the food.

The staff members reflected an aura of extreme unhappiness. It appears that all employees had some sort of mental issues-perhaps there is a deliberate effort to hire disadvantaged folks with the current problems many restaurants have in getting and retaining employees. I was not even recognized as a customer-very poor preparation for dealing with the public.

Darin, the epitome of awesome.
I love close to this location and my budget confines me to infrequent food outings but Subway has become my go-to. Darin is the man, for 6 months I have come in for a sandwich once every 2 weeks or so. He remembered my order and my girlfriend's order "To the T"
So many times I've visited and seen him, by himself, with 10 people in line. And Darin does not waiver. He treats everyone with dignity and respect, whilst crafting a tantalizing sandwich.
Thank you Sir, you are a great craftsman.

Weirdest interaction I’ve ever had. No greeting. No “hi, hello, what can I get you?” Guy just said, “mhmm?” Then I ask for a turkey sandwich and the guy backs up and says “if you’re not gonna order off the Subway menu, I’m gonna have to ask you to leave.” I was so confused but the guy gave me such a bad vibe, so, I left and went to Jersey Mike’s.

On 10/5/24 @ 8:00 pm I've placed my order on line, I've paid for it on line and 10 minutes later my status said my order was ready, but when I went into the store to pick up my order it was not ready so one of the servers started making my order.The one server making my order didn't act enthusiastic to be there working and I also didn't pick up a good vibe from him. After making two of my sandwiches (footlong and 6") with bread that I've requested on my third footloong sandwich he mentioned they were all out of bread and the only bread was left was flatbread. So, I told him I 've already paid for my order on line. He didn't apologize, he just looked at me saying nothing, (terrible customer service) in overall he acted like he didn't care.I've gave him the ok to use the flat bread, when he made the third sandwich with the flat bread it was made super sloppy and the flat bread looked like a tortilla wrap. If a business is ran the store should always stay stocked with the servers conducting good customer service as well!! They had customers waiting over 20 minutes for their sandwiches to be made, they told one customer that her order would take about an 1/2 hour before they can start working on her order and a couple of other customer saw the long line they turned around and walked out. Super sad! I will not be returning back at this Subway location.
