The worst subway experience I have ever had. It’s 12:47 11/11/25. There is 1 girl working during the lunch hour. She is refusing to make my sandwich the way I want it. She put the cheese under the meat directly on the bread before toasting. I asked for my sauce on top of my cold toppings, she said she can’t do that bc it’s subway policy that the sauce go on before your other toppings. This is MY sandwich huh? Line is out the door bc she’s moving at a snails pace. Not her fault there are no other employees to help her. But the refusal to make the sandwich correctly? Brother ughhhhh. Terrible location this is not the first time.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Worst experience ever! Today I had a mobile order and so did my coworker. She asked me to pick up her food and she ordered a drink and she didn’t want it. She told me to take her drink so I did such. The guy behind the counter started yelling at me telling me I was stealing someone’s drink. I told him the name on the food and said I know this person. He still continued to yell at me and said she needed to come in and confirm name. She came in and confirmed. He told her she had to pull out her confirmation number. I went to grab my food and guess what I didn’t have to show that’s right: my confirmation. I won’t be back!

It's been a while since I've been to this store and when I walked in today to order my food, this place isn't like I remembered it 7 months ago. It's a nice feeling coming into a really clean store. I've never seen it this clean and the manager was so nice and fast making sandwiches. It's a total new crew in this place and I'll be back soon.

I had a mobile order, said it was ready at 12:50, it wasn’t even made until 1:40, and I left at 1:50. Yes it was busy but waiting an hour for an order that says it’s ready is ridiculous. I asked if I could get some free chips because of the wait and they said no which is fine, but pretty sure the manager gave someone a whole footlong meal for free even though they waited maybe 15 minutes.

The family and I had lunch together today at this location. It was a very good experience that we had. Winter started our order and Jose finished it and I do have to say, there was four of us dinning in and our order was done really fast. They both was polite, something you don’t see a lot lately. Thank you Winter and Jose for a great experience at your store.

I think (and hope) all the terrible reviews are regarding former employees. Or maybe I just got lucky - but Jeffrey was nice, made a killer sub, AND told me happy birthday (redeemed my birthday month free cookie lol).
I went to the subway at 103rd and Metcalf, had to wait about 15 minutes, got pissed off and then decided to come to your location and was out in about 5 minutes thanks you, for promptness

Ordered extra mayo and they only put a line of mayo on there. This sandwhich is so freaking dry. No more subway.

I come here for my lunch break. Idk why there are so many negative reviews. My food is always perfect and the workers are so nice. Maybe they got rid of an employee that was not meet standards that everyone is writing about?
