I have been to this subway for online orders a few times and every single time they will not toast the bread when I have it toasted on the order. Only can get Cold subs from this location. I get it can get busy and it takes longer to toast it but they still need to do the order correctly. Don’t have enough time to get them to fix it when I come but this has happened all 3 times I’ve ordered online with them.

I was there around 7.40PM , the employee who made my order he has worst additude looks, like he hates to work .brought 2 foot long he didn't not wrap properly after he made showings his stupid behavior to customers, ok never recommend to this place to anyone,

Trash is all I can say. Every single time I order from here my order is messed up but nothing tops tonight! I ordered a combo and my sandwich was the ONLY thing correct. Wrong chips, wrong drink, received cookies instead of the pretzel I ordered. They clearly do not pay attention to orders or they blatantly don’t care, either way I’ll be going to Goodcents from now on. Y’all stay away from this establishment.

I tried to order from the Subway app. The estimated delivery time was 45 mins. I get a call from the store about 40 mins later saying they can't deliver my order as they didn't have the ingredients. I asked them if they could make something else but they couldn't. Every other restaurant was closed now and I couldn't order any food.
Very bad experience at Subway. Not recommended.

Unfortunately,
I was told that my sons would revive a gift card from the franchise owner ( we did get an apology, and her stating, and she seemed really nice. I emailed and texted no reply called me about my bad experience and then totally ignored me: it’s ok I just hope no other kid has to experience what my sons did- being told they are unable to be served. Subway PLEASE do better!

I am so sick and tired of coming to this store & yall don’t have no damn bread ! How yall run out of the bread yall make daily . This is completely unacceptable . I really hate to write this review but im sad that this happened to me and my children. Me and my two boys walked into the empty subway and the guy at the front said I’m sorry I can’t serve you. I said why he said I have three other customers I said there is no one in here what do you mean. He stated i have three customers im by myself and i cant serve you. So subway can’t serve me and my children I left and prayed that this was not because of my skin color and maybe he has three online orders n no help but I was a customer present in the store.

Ugh is the only description. This place needs to close down. I got onions when I specifically said no onions on my order. I also didn’t like the long strand of hair in my sandwhich either. The chocolate chip cookie was weird tasting like the dough was bad. Stay away from this one. The Health board needs to shut this place down
