Today 06/27/2025 at 4.00pm i went to the store to buy my sandwiches I order my sandwiches after the employees prepared the sandewiches i tried to used my coupon and the coupon was good until 08/09 /25 the coupon was good for three sandwicges but the store manager didn't accept my coupon and her name was shannon she said the corporation update the coupon and she can't accept my coupon it was strange and unusual?! the store manager was so rude and employees so negative I left the store and i went to an another store and used the same coupon and I got my sandwiches,!!!

They got some good stuff going on at this subway. I read through all the other low rated reviews and it seems they don’t understand how fast food works. You get ya food and you leave. They made my sandwich so fast and so well that this will be the only subway I every come back to

Hi! This is a HUGE shout-out to Shanon AND Brad. I had the immense pleasure of being g served by both Shanon and Brad. They are amazing at their job and this was definitely the BEST SERVICE EVER received at a Subway. They made great suggestions and even took the time to talk and just ask me how my day was and THAT IS THE EPITOMY of what customer service SHOULD BE. I highly recommend this location to everyone in the area. The store was clean, well maintained and I couldn't be happier. If you like SUBWAY you are going to LOVE this location. Way to Go Shanon and Brad. I will only go to this Store #25536 in Overland Park. Hands-down, the kindest staff ever!

Ok so I just did the BOGO and nothing was comparable to a normal single sandwich. It had very little meat on it and everything tasted old nothing was not fresh . Stay away from this store. They are doing things to cutout the specials to continue to make margins but the sandwiches were extremely bad. Disappointed they are trying to juke the public the way they just did.

The employee in this subway is very unprofessional, one time about a month ago, I went in to order chicken teriyaki but it wasn't prepared, he just put plain chicken then squeezed the sauce on it which made it taste terrible, I asked him "why is it not prepped? because every other subway I go to has it already prepped every time" he replied very rudely and unprofessionally with "this is how we always do it". I asked him to get his manager, he claimed that he was the manager. Anyways I kept going back to this location at different times and everything was ok, but today, after about a month of the first unprofessional treatment, i went in to order the same order, I asked if the chicken was prepped, he said yes, he put it inside of the oven to toast it, he turned around towards me and said " that time when you came it was too late that's why it wasn't prepped" then all of a sudden he continued "that's when you yelled at me". I don't know why he had to mention that first interaction, I completely forgot about it, then I told him "I didn't yell at you, you were unprofessional" he went ahead and said " yes you did yell, we don't serve people who disrespect us" I said to him " I didn't disrespect you, you were unprofessional" he replied with "if you think that I'm unprofessional then leave". He had already pulled the sandwich out of the oven but I went ahead and left, I went back in and asked him if they have a corporate phone number, he said " we don't but you can figure it out" . I'm never going back to this location again. It's the one on 135th and Metcalf, next to Wing Stop. The employee is the one on the right looking very rudely at me in the photo.

Asked for my sandwich to be to be toasted and it was still ice cold when I opened it. They also only put the olives I asked for on 3 quarters of the sandwich leaving 3+ inches of the sandwich without olives.
Second time subs were supposed to be toasted neither one was. Who eats ice cold Philly subs
