Saturday 6/17, 9:36 pm... the lone employee in the restaurant, very bluntly told me and my entire family that he was putting up the Meatballs and tuna. And that they were no longer available for sale. I asked 'why?', the employee then told me he was closing. I then said 'do you not close at 10pm?', he replied 'yes' then I asked why is it not for sale? He then told me he is pre- closing (not to mention ALL the chairs were put up, very inviting). As a food service worker, I know you do not pre-close the line with guests still in line!!! I said you close at 10 though? He said he starts to close at 9, and tuna and meatball are pulled at 9:30. We left... My three girls only wanted meatball. They were still hot, a full pan, I seen them!!! My man had no remorse, and frankly didn't care. I'm pretty sure he was happy he didn't have to serve us. This was sad, really sad....

zero stars. the worker was hitting a vape. Me and my husband walked in and the guy looked directly at us and then completely ignored us. We stood there for a minute and ended up walking out. We were the only customers in the store which made it even more awkward. Just terrible.

I ordered curbside pick up. I had to wait a few minutes once I arrived (not a big deal). The employee brought my food out with a scowl on her face. I thanked her. She didn’t smile or say one word to me, just looked at me like I was bothering her.Paying almost $11 for a tiny salad with a knife instead of a fork is ridiculous. Thanks for reminding me why I haven’t been there in a few years. Doubt I’ll ever be back.

I had placed an order online but the wait was too long so my husband went inside to order double the amount of what the online ticket came out to be. I kindly asked to cancel the online order since we had just gotten the food inside and was met with much disrespect from the manager Shannon. This was a weekly lunch spot of ours but we will not be going back.

Walked in and out in 3 minutes food was as ordered, atmosphere is as expected. Place was clean and orderly, and staff was ready as I walked in. Was as good as I could hope for from subway.

What is not to like about Subway? You choose the type of bread you want and make your best sandwich by selecting the protein of your choosing (or not) and add to it all the veggies you desire. This particular location is always clean and employees are always cordial. The store meets Overland Park's codes for wheelchair accessibility.One big NEGATIVE on the Corporation, not this particular store, is the increased prices that are so noticable and can make many choose to go for a cheaper option.Vegetarian options: All the veggies Sub.Kid-friendliness: Custom Subs based on what each child desires and likesParking: Located in a strip mall that is not hugely congested.Wheelchair accessibility: Meets Overland Park's codes for wheelchair accessibility.

Just got my sandwich and it was a mess. Smashed and all the meat, cheese and adds were all stuck to the bag and looked like an open face sandwich. The bag was even soggy....terrible!!!!
