The service was awful. I had my 2 dozen of XL cupcakes delivered to a Credit Union. Lunchtime for the Business is 12-1:00pm and I wanted the cupcakes delivered by 1:30pm. I was on the phone talking to the recipient at 2:45pm and still no cupcakes had arrived. Because I was 2-miles outside the delivery mile radius I was demanded to pay an extra $5.00. When I was going to order more cupcakes she told me that I could not do a pick-up between 4:30-6:00pm because she did not have time to tie up her evening waiting on me. Even though she had said previously that her Mother was going to be home. I have a Sincere Problem with any Business that wants to hold me to a higher standard , Than They Hold Themselves Too! I found this ad on Groupon but she told me do not pay Groupon to just pay her because Groupon takes to much of her Profit. Buyer Please Beware Of Unethical, Unscrupulous Business Tactics, and People with No Morals. You can be 2-HOURS late, CHEAT Groupon, Charge an Extra Fee To Showup Late, And she baked my Cupcakes that I was going to Buy for myself on a Saturday for me to pickup on Monday. Buyer Be Aware! I was only buying another 2-dozen and when I was told on Saturday when she called to confirm and said she had just baked them and had just removed them from the Oven, That is when I found out this was not a Business, But a cook at Home in your Oven Lady charging Bakery Prices! The Health Department does not regulate, inspect, investigate nor oversee her Business. Buyer Beware if it looks to good to be true, It usually is. If someone had gotten sick I could have been Sued!
