The staff working the drive-through were professional and kind both times that I visited, but the food was cold both times. I will be avoiding this place out of concern for food safety. :/

Showed up at 12:30 am on a Sunday after driving all day. Nobody answered at the drivethrough intercom. Drove up to the window and guy said that they close at midnight on Sundays. I pointed out the marketing decal on the drive-through window that clearly states “open until 1am or later” and the fact that the open sign is still lit - she said very rudely “well we close at midnight on Mondays” and closed the window in my face. Kid needs some serious customer service training

They open at 7. I waited for half an hour at the drive through and no one took my order. 40 minutes later they took my order. I watched exactly 13 vehicles leave the drive through and several customers walked out of the restaurant. They were very rude over the intercom. This is a terrible Taco Bell. Management was very rude and spoke very broken English. Wish I could give this place a negative star rating.

Delivery driver was polite however the appearance of the food was not up to par. Plus they did not send any sauce when we asked for 20 of each. Tried to call several times and got an answering machine. Very unprofessional!! Very Disappointed ☹️
