Taco Bell drive-throughs are notoriously slow, but this particular location just south of 95th & Metcalf moves more quickly than others I've been to.
The food came out quickly, but was not very hot - wondering if it had been sitting under a warming lamp for awhile.
It's the only option in this area for drive through Mexican food. I definitely wouldn't choose it as a destination restaurant for dine in service. Taco Bell prices are not much cheaper than a sit down restaurant price & the food is definitely not the same quality. If you have time to dine in, definitely check out some of the other fantastic Mexican options within a few miles of this place.
Good place for late nite drive through, but that's about it.

i truly do love tacobell, but this one ruins it. the workers suck, they have terrible customer service. they’re also rude on both delivery orders and in person and it stinks in the restaurant. it’s always super dirty, and walking in to place an order the workers don’t greet you at all. they give you a rude look and that’s it. i hate this tacobell truly and the people that work here. horrible service 24/7, truly disappointing.

I probably eat here too much, but I have eaten at this location a lot. Realistically hundreds of times. Outside of one issue with a drive through order, everything has been great. The staff is friendly, the food is relatively quick to come out and it's one of my favorite places to grab a bite during the work week. While my experiences at other tacobell locations have been inconsistent, this one has been good to me time and time again.
Terrible attention, more than 10 minutes waiting for my order at the window and it was already ready, but more important was that they checked their cell phone, until they deigned to attend to me

Went in there as a doordasher. I tried to go through the drive through and they wouldn't help. I guess this is the only one we have to come in at. But when I went in, no one would come to the front to help, I tried to talk to someone and they ignored me. Horrible place

Second time in a row this location has gotten my order wrong. I was skeptical to go back but tried it again as this Taco Bell had a convenient location. Last time I got a burrito in my bag instead of the supreme tacos I ordered (amongst other items). This time got regular tacos instead of supreme. I’m wondering if the people working there don’t know what supreme tacos are. I was also interrupted while saying my order. Not the end of the world but overall not a pleasant experience. Needless to say will not be coming back to this location and will spread the word to friends and family in the area to visit Chick fil an across the street or go to Taco Bell anywhere else instead.
