Customised the order by adding more add ons, when we went to pick it up in the drive through, the guy said, they wont be able to wrap it since we added 2 add ons. I said I paid for the addons, so just give those as a side. He said yeah sure. After few mins, he handed the bag and said since there were no cars behind us, they wrapped it.
We get home and open the package, everything is under filled like hardly 2 pieces of tomato and 2 potato cubes. Get this, this is a repeat order and we always get the same from Olathe location and never had a problem. This location is not doing the orders right and also changes their own words. First his reasoning was too much to wrap and then he says we werent busy so we made it???
7 years ago I gave them 5 stars and now am downgrading it because of a not great experience. I am paying extra just not for NOTHING.

This was the worst taco bell in overland park. I order a 5 dollar box and the box isn't worth how much money I gave. First there was the freeze, I order a medium, they gave me an small. Then I order a soft taco, they gave me a soft taco with nacho fries, which I didn't order, then didn't give me a tortilla on the soft taco and they put too much lettuce and cheese. Overall, this taco bell is half a star but I can't give a half a star.

Guy at the drive thru got my order wrong. Food was cold and not flavorful like other Taco Bell locations I’ve been to in the area. I also usually check my order before I leave but the worker was rushing me out of the drive thru so I wasn’t able to check and also wasn’t given a receipt. Definitely won’t be back.

It took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru line and if I had known it was going to take that long, I would have just gone inside. I didn't end up getting anything because they said i would have to wait for everyone in line because after waiting 5 minutes I pulled forward thinking the speaker was broken because no one had said anything.
Very small portion, when walked out said thank you , the lady was throwing the scoops and stuff like she didn't want to make it and rolled her eyes.and the pic that's how much meat you get .

Thank you for having clean tables! The crew was friendly, and the food tasted good. I love the nacho fries, so I am using my nacho fry pass! Definitely download the app if you haven't because it saves you a lot of money! I love that I can swap the meat out for potatoes or beans since I'm not a meat eater.

When I order a box I expect it in a box unless they run out of boxes and they say so. So here I am with a family of 6 really hungry trying to find everyone's food. Not to mention they didn't even have my son's steak burrito. Will not be back to such a mess.
