Ordered on 3/8/2024. I got my food DoorDash from this Taco Bell location. They totally screwed up my order!! I ordered 3 grillled cheese burritos. All I got was a soft shell burrito and hard tacos. I will never order from this location again. Taco Bell on College Blvd is 100 times better. DO NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH AT THIS LOCATION! ?

Went at 8 o'clock to grab breakfast but they weren't open. Posted time said 8 o'clock. Tried waiting a few minutes and calling twice with no answer. I then drove around to see that there was someone inside. Very disappointed in lack of service.

I've never been so angry about how I was treated. We placed a Togo on the app. Had it set for the drive thru but realized we had time to eat inside. The gentleman working the drive thru had time to come talk to friends but told us we he would come back. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Once the manager came over and asked how she could help, we told her we ordered on the app and wanted to switch our pick up to inside. She asked the name and walked away, no apologies at all. Then someone else came up and asked what our was and said "do you have the right location" (which we did) when we showed her the app she went a made our food. At this point the gentleman came out from the drive thru and said "just sit down and relax". At this point we had placed our mobile order 20' minutes prior. It was 25 minutes before we got our food. The lady who gave it to us did apologize, but I was not the manager or the gentleman who told me "to relax".
Pros and Khans
Desperate training needed in food safety, yesterday I saw an employee eating, wiping counters, making food, picking up spilled food and sorting it back into it bins it came from. Over and over. No changes of gloves, no washing hands. Truly nauseating.

My wife sends her sincere thanks to the staff of this Taco Bell since they have finally managed to do what she has been unable to... I can say with 99% certainty that I will never eat Taco Bell again.Even the air felt dirty. There was trash piled up against the wall, one employee went from doing dishes, to adjusting an overflowing trash can liner, to preparing food while wearing the same gloves while the shift manager went from making food, to taking an order, to handling money, to pulling his phone from his back pocket to write a text while on his way back to make more food, again- while wearing the same pair of gloves the whole time.I'm done with paying an ever-rising price for 'food' that gets prepared with an end-result that gets constantly grosser.
