We stopped by for the first time to eat lunch after working and ordered simple burritos. Fried chicken burrito, chicken fajita burrito and the beef burrito. They were all plain with zero type of seasoning and one of us took one bite before saying "Nope, I'm done". Taco bell is better, Chipotle is better, any other Taco truck in KC is better. Do not recommend

Wish I could give it 0.. service was ok, food was overpriced and horrible. We could’ve spent that much at a nice restaurant and gotten way better food.
I got the fried chicken taco, and The taste was okay. The chicken seemed to be a little overdone and there was about a cup of shredded lettuce on my taco. It was a little bit of chicken, a lot of sauce, a lot of honey and a lot of lettuce...just meh. There was also a lot of waste in the packaging. I got 1 taco ($6) at drive through and it was in a paper sleeve, in a Styrofoam container in a plastic bag. It's pretty clear why there was no line at 12:30.

Tacos are pretty solid. Good selection and you feel good about helping provide much needed food for those in need elsewhere in the world.
Dining area was pretty dirty with lots of uncleaned tables. Feels like a minor complaint.
My primary issue is that I signed up for their loyalty program and have sinced changed my mind. I have attempted to unsubscribe from their emails over a dozen times and their emails keep coming no matter what I do. Feels disrespectful.
Edited review to reply to their reply: I have gone to the website numerous times to opt out of emails by requesting to be removed from the communications list and I still receive emails.

Very good!!! First time in. Kris helped me out and was excellent customer service.
The environment was okay but once you order, you notice there are a bunch of new young employees that doesn't know much about the menu. I was told the burritos were big (which they are not) all I tasted was meat and tortilla literally. I also paid extra for sides and condiments that I did not receive. When I reported the issue, I received zero respect and was disregarded by management. So, I left a review and hoping to reach someone higher in charge.

Conflicted... It was our first experience with T4L. Dine in order was delivered to table bagged to-go but we'll chalk that up to just a "it-happens-sometimes" deal. Tacos were bigger than I anticipated (one is enough unless you are REALLY hungry) and were tasty enough. However, chips were tasteless and soggy. Another in the party had the loaded nacho fries. (A taco shop with better fries than chips is a bit weird.) Overall, not an instant fav but I would give them a second try.

The atmosphere is great! Lots of fun decor, fun wall colors, and nice chairs. But. We ordered our food as dine in, but it was served to us in to go boxes. The chips though, tasted extremely similar to a stale Amazon box left in the rain for 2 weeks and then brought back in to dry, but then put in a toaster and burnt. The taco was decent, but way too much meet compared to the other things, and everything was overall dry.

I was sadly disappointed. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 was because my husband's beef tacos were well stuffed with ingredients and edible. My fried chicken taco was a sad mess. The chicken itself was so hard and dried up that it was difficult to chew it. There was very little chicken in it, which given how bad it was ended up being ok. There was a smidge of lettuce and some honey. The aioli sauce that was supposed to be on it was non existent. We spent almost $30 for 2 people which seems excessive for fast food in the Midwest. I had one taco with chips and my husband had two tacos with chips and we had drinks. I had great hopes for the place. I'd only go back if I was with someone who really wanted to go there. I'd rather spend my money at Torchy's. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly.

Super cool atmosphere. Incredibly kind staff. However. One of the prat tacos I’ve had. I ordered the chicken habanero meal with Mexican cream corn. My chicken was so over cooked, my first bite I thought I must have been given the wrong order because I thought it was brisket. I read the receipt and saw I did have the right order. The meat was just over cooked and dry as a bone. My tortilla shell was also as soggy and limp as they come. I did order my food to go but I ate it the moment I got to my truck so it did not have long to sit and get soggy. The Mexican style cream corn was also pretty lack luster. I went in at 11:30am so I would imagine I’d be getting fresh food since they hadn’t even been open long. Anyway. A huge disappointment. I would not recommend trying them. A little over priced.
Tried for the first time. Great tacos. Loved the blackened
