Second time here. First time was amazing!!! Hence the wanting to come back. I ordered a small creamsicle and watched the young lady mold my ice with her bare hands after watching her brush her hair with her hands constantly and handle credit cards + cash 🤢 I didn’t make a big deal because she was working alone but NEVER AGAIN

My husband & I went to Tads to get a shaved ice. We ordered a sugar free one since I am a diabetic. We ordered a cherry one & it tasted terrible & very bitter. We told the girl working there & she said sorry….didn’t offer our money back or ask us to try another flavor. Would not recommend this business.

I stumbled upon this place, searching for a snowcone place, as my daughter and I are visiting family, coming from southern Alabama! 10/10 place! There are lots of flavors to choose from, way more than I could imagine, very quick, and easy-going people working!! Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be coming back!! We're working on 100 Things To Do This Summer, and I'm so glad to mark this off!!

I waited outside for 20 minutes when yall said ya open at 3 well now look at the time it’s 3:20 and yall still ain’t open I know yall are there I see your cars sitting in the parking lot in the designated tads employee parking. I’ve been waiting to have some tads since Saturday but I couldn’t because the weather did happen to not be good for tads but now it is and yall are open but you won’t open. #verysad #veryupset #openupinthere #justiceforme #notcooldog

Drove all the here way from 30 minutes away and the place is all boarded up and doesn’t look like it’s been open for a while.
Friendly staff, they are very, very busy. They could use 3 people vs two working for them. Everyone needs to remember what its like working a summer job, be patient with them. They are working as fast as they can. The product is perfect for the hot weather.

Hours online says closes Fri at 10:30 pm. Store sign said 10 pm. We were looking at flavors and the person working didn’t say we are closing if you want to order. They said nothing and closed the blinds on us. We were there before 10 pm lose time.
