Stopped in for lunch on 1/2 price burger day. The Surfin' burger was great, the bartender was attentive overall a great experience!

Been in the service industry for many years. Server was awful. She took shots with her guests. Kept forgetting to ring in drinks, messing them up, making excuses..
Alligator bites came out as alligator crumbs. Server offered to bring us mozzarella sticks....dropped them at the wrong table, then brought them us and said "they're still warm"

With a drink and an entree we normally still have a super affordable ticket. The staff is incredibly friendly and we always have great service. The specials are awesome and have a good variety day to day.

Underwhelming experience.
The burger was okay, the onion rings were so undercooked they still had raw batter.
I believe this place can be good, just not on days with specials.

The owners are never there so there are serious problems at this place that aren’t ever fixed. The expo doesn’t even use gloves when they touch the food. The food is mediocre. There alligator bites are too expensive for the amount and they taste like bland chicken tenders. They give you barely any fired pickles when you order them. They even serve customers spoiled ketch up sometimes.
