The taco shells and chips must’ve changed because they were awful. Thick and tasteless. My tacos were tough to chew, the thick shell was undercooked. Chips look like they have little pieces of plastic in them.
Literally one if not the worst mexican style meals ever. Restaurant was busy, not packed, and service was slow at best.
Food was terrible and took too long to be served.
Chips and salsa were off the shelf or out of a can of stewed tomatoes.
Cheese sauce was also out of a can. Spanish rice was flavorless white rice.
I am sure some may find a chummy neighborhood feel when visiting but thanks to the delay in getting food we saw how the tables were cleaned (or not) and I will not be returning.
So service= poor, food= below poor, atmosphere = poor due to cleanliness and power cords running across the floor.
Kid-friendliness: Be careful of the booster chairs for children as this is what they scoop the food from the tables when cleaning.

Our visit to this establishment was disappointing, and we have no intention of returning. The food lacked any distinctive flavor and was utterly bland. I ordered the steak fajitas, and the steak resembled boiled meat with no seasoning whatsoever.
The salsa was essentially just chopped tomatoes in a watery sauce, something I believe I could easily replicate, if not improve upon, at home. Furthermore, the service was below average, contributing to the overall dissatisfaction of the experience.
The atmosphere was excessively loud and cramped, making it an uncomfortable setting.
Last, but not least....good luck finding parking!!

Great place if you like average food without ANY flavor! This place has been around a long time and I use to enjoy it when going to JCCC. Went there a week ago. Salsa was basically tomatoes chopped up, no flavor! Was hopeful for the food to be good, yet it was all very bland!! Atmosphere was loud and service was underwhelming … last visit for us! ?

We waited 10 minutes to get chips the. They finally came, server said she would be right with us and we waited for another 10-15 min. We ended up leaving a couple dollars on the table and leaving. Never saw our server
