Ordered delivery and the order was ready 45 minutes after I placed the order the driver picked it up and it took him an hour and a half almost to get my food to me so my food sat in the car for over an hour. When I called to cancel my order, they told me they couldn’t cancel it because it had already been picked up and I said Nobody wants to eat food that has sat in a car for an hour. They were going to have owner call me right back which they never called. Food was delivered and we decided to take a chance and go ahead and try it since it was here and they never called me back.
Let me tell you, we were pleasantly surprised. The food was AMAZING (even though it was cold). Best chicken eggrolls I’ve ever tasted, the crab Rangoon were amazing. The chicken teriyaki bowl was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about how the food tasted.
I just don’t recommend delivery or trying to get a refund when it takes that long for you to get your food.
Chicken was kinda burnt cashier was not very polite and some how had SUGER??? On my edamame then instead of replacing it with salted like it should of been they washed it the box holding them was wet and edamame was wet.... This kinda sucks

I have been looking for a good Seattle style teriyaki chicken in Kansas since my wife is from Washington State and Teriyaki Madness hit the nail on the head. Such good flavor in the veggies and the noodles on top of the great chicken. Would recommend getting the extra teriyaki as it tastes so good. Definitely taking this home for my wife to try!

Nice little fast casual place. Lots of healthy options, decently priced and made to order. Just be aware since it’s made to order, you’ll have to wait 10 minutes or so.

This place is really great. You get a great amount of food for what you pay for The chicken is always juicy and fresh I just think that they've got a good system down here solid food. The help is fast and friendly I literally see the owner of this place working here all the time.
The food served was extremely disappointing, lacking in quality and flavor, and far from what one would expect. Additionally, the cashier's behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant, as they came across as dismissive and arrogant. Couldn't even finish the whole thing and also added peas and carrots after saying I don't want any vegetables

My experience coming to teriyaki madness was terrible. I went to pick up a pick-up order. The man in the front was rude, didn’t welcome me in and when I came to get the order I reached my hand out and he set the order somewhere else to where I couldn’t reach it, not trying to give me the food. His tone was very rude, like he was trying to get hurry up and not deal with me. Also, I tried calling to speak to a manager and they don’t pick up the phone. I don’t recommend.

Omaha ne and Des Moines locations so much better. These lazy peeps in KC don't know. Food just been better at other locations and cities. They get 3 stars for simple fact it's good place to eat. 2 star cuz u order off app for curbside and still have to walk inside. Lazy and food was cold. It's not the food it's the people who work there 🙄
